Person on the phone was ok but not much was useful for me all what did come from the office itself. This office has no much power to make things move from. Still my balcony door is not going to be repaired or replaced. And this office can’t do anything about it.

I has a very positive experience
I had a very positive experience. Appointment was made and clearly communicated to me with follow up reminders. Scheduled appointment was on time. The advisor was clear about my queries and clearly researched the legal issues relating to it. Professional and clear information was given including follow up email with the advice.

Phone appointment great
The lady I spoke to on my 15 telephone appointment was very helpful indeed plus she forwarded me further help via email . No complaints at all excellent service. I did knock a star off however as I initially sent written question. 14 days to reply . Sorry too long .

Rights about contribution to Reserves.
The professional adviser did not answer my specific question about Reserves . She merely gave me the procedure and what my rights are regarding service charges and how to apply to the FTT. When I asked her for links she replied there are no links to give me. So I am disappointed.
