Well it was a bad line and I could not hear the agent very well a lot of the time. I did take the advice that I was given and sent my letter to a joint Freeholder who has been totally ignoring my requests so o did get good advice.

Lucky to get a cancelation so I booked the appointmentm 3 minutes before it was due to happen - thought I was probably too late, but a very helpful advisor phoned me 10 minutes later and provided some extremely useful advice

They were helpful but the line wasnt very clear and kept cracking up so was very hard to understand but have done what they suggested and am waiting to hear back from shp and the council.

Lease extension
Thank you for explaining the processes of lease extension to me clearly. The lady who spoke to me was very good and she explained and answered all my questions. This helped me to be able to make a decision on how to extend my lease informal or formal.
