Unhelpful advisor
This advisor was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I consulted with the leasehold advisor before and never had such a bad experience. She behaved like someone who does not like her job. She just limited herself to read the articles of the BSA 2022 and dismissed my questions like I was bothering her.

The lady I spoke to was helpful and informative, gave me information regarding my Housing Association way forward for owners of property as the legalities are different from council properties.

Advice to seek advice.
I did not find the call helpful. The only advice I was given was to seek legal advice. The call was very brief and the advisor wasn’t engaging with the questions I asked.
