Excellent experience all round
I was looking for a mattress to help with arthritis pain and tried other stores before going to Lee Longlands. The staff at the store were lovely and helped without being overly pushy.
I ordered my mattress and was kept informed regarding delivery dates and times.
On the day of delivery Lewis and Kane arrived exactly as planned and were so friendly and helpful as they got my mattress upstairs and into the bedroom.
They were absolutely lovely guys and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
The mattress feels and looks such good quality.

New bed delivery
Today we had a new bed delivered by Nathan and Lee. They arrived on the dot, which was great. Both Nathan and Lee were extremely polite and helpful. They worked very quickly, and in no time at all the bed was assembled, and they had both gone. A1 service.

Professional service
The help in the Cheltenham store is good without being pushy. Prices seem to be competitive. The delivery by Mark and Tom was the best delivery we have had for a long time. It was nice that the delivery was a clean Lee Longlands van, they wear Lee Longlands t-shirts. They are cheerful, careful and helpful and made you feel good about the product you have bought. It altogether felt professional.

A very good customer experience
Furniture was great value and quality. Communication re delivery from the Bristol shop (Jamie Reddings) was good. Delivery centre were flexible around our requested delivery slot. Items delivered at the agreed date and time by Will and Lewis who were both professional and very helpful. Overall, a very happy customer.

Will & Lewis delivered our sofa on time. They were careful, removed all packaging & very polite. Tetrad failed to supply the correct legs, which Lee Longlands now have to order, which means we have to be at home for another delivery!

Hadn't heard of Lee Longlands but…
Hadn't heard of Lee Longlands but decided to have a quick look round before going to look round the intended store . As you walk in it has a nice ambiance and the furniture is well layed out and I found just what I was looking for. The sales assistant Andrew is a credit to the company, he took on board all my queries as it's quite an expensive purchase if you are coerced it buying something that's not right . There was no hard pushy selling and he gave me space to make decisions and no selling tactics when I decided to come away to think . I have returned and made my purchase and he remembered all the previous conversations.

Our delivery experts Frank and Adam…
Our delivery experts Frank and Adam were amazing, very attentive and made sure to cover the carpets and removed shoes too before entering the property.
Lee longlands have been great from start to finish even when we had to postpone twice, but they didn't mind and made it so easy to talk to the team, from the sales guy to the delivery warehouse and then hje delivery guys 100% spot on.

Ash was a great salesman i came into…
Ash was a great salesman i came into your Birmingham shop Sunday 9th no wanting to purchase any items however their were other members of staff standing around not wanting to engage pretending to be busy then Ash popped over having delt with another customer he how are you can I help you i said sure I was about to leave but he convinced me to stay asked what I was looking for and my budget we found a table which I purchase was only £62.00 but he completed the sale Happy days!!

Came to your store twice in the last…
Came to your store twice in the last week or so first just for a browse but one of your employees was very helpful but gave us time and space didn’t feel under pressure ect. Went home with measurements she just gave us her card … few days later returned and asked for her , again helpful friendly and we made a purchase her name is Michele in your kiddominster store we took our time and apologised for this but she Said no problem very polite and patient.
