Very helpful member of staff, Michelle Ellis. Knowledgeable and not at all pushy.
My only negative comment is that it would have been cheaper if I had not bought it in the shop but had gone home and ordered it online. This doesn’t seem right.

We had a great experience from start to…
We had a great experience from start to finish. Alex was incredibly helpful when we were choosing our mattress. He took the time to explain the differences between the options, gave us great advice on which mattress would suit us best, and even managed to get us a fantastic deal.
The mattress was delivered today, and the two delivery guys Mark and Tom were both absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, carried the mattress all the way up to my flat, unpacked it for me, and even took all the packaging away. Their service really went above and beyond.
The only downside was the delivery wait. Although the mattress is definitely worth waiting for, I do wish the delivery time had been a little quicker.
Excellent customer service throughout – I would definitely recommend!

Bristol store very welcoming, excellent range of good quality brands, Jamie was friendly and helpful. Purchased mattress, headboard and a sofa.
Delivery was very good two chaps Nathan and Tony arrived exactly on time, and made the experience a pleasure. Very careful with how they brought items into house and made sure we were happy, no rush. Many thanks.

Purchase of bar stools
I received a very warm and friendly welcome when I walked in and the person serving me understood what I wanted from the off. He showed me relevant products (bar stools) within the store and was really helpful throughout the process explaining the various options.
I ended up buying 2 bar stools and 4 dining chairs on the day and was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service received. Thanks very much.

Great experience. I was contacted by phone to arrange a delivery date and received a call the day of to give me a two hour time window and told me what specific time they were aiming for. Nathan and Carl delivered and were efficient and very polite.
