Urban Surveyors are a very professional company
If you need a survey doing this is the company.
They respond quickly are very thorough and discuss things with you and provide you with a very clear report they do an assortment of reports depending on how thorough you want it and deliver it on time within a couple of days after the survey is complete.
The prices are excellent as is the service.
They are very knowledgeable and I can highly recommend them I have used their services several times now and it has taken me some time to find them but wouldn't use any other company.

We were introduced to Urban Surveyors by one of our professional advisers, and we were impressed by the thorough investigative work and detailed report. I strongly suspect that we will use the firm again in future.

Great and fast communication! Survey was arranged and carried out within a few days, and we received a call immediately after the survey with a brief overview of the findings. The full report was detailed and included pictures which was useful, and follow up queries were answered promptly. We would gladly use again!
