Garret arranged the survey within a couple of weeks of our first contact and provide a comprehensive report in a timely manner. We felt we had the opportunity to ask questions and receive genuine advice.

We ordered a L3 survey via online website. Got 3 quotes straight away. Urban Surveyors is the only one phoned on the following day and explained my concerns. Sounded professional and I decided to go with the firm. Not the cheapest quote. The report was very thorough and detail with photos and fairly easy to understand, and highlighted faults as best as the surveyor can (by that I mean floor covering and furniture etc were in the way of inspection). In turn we renegotiated with the vendor via the estate agent to obtain a reduction of our original offer based on the survey.

I have used Urban Surveyors three times now for Homebuyer Reports and I cannot fault their service. I have found Garret to be professional, knowledgeable and very thorough when it comes to his work, he has saved me from making some very expensive and potentially dangerous mistakes when buying houses, and for this I can only thank him.

From start to finish the service was excellent, my surveys were always conducted within a few days of the request. I would receive a phone call from Garret who would give me a brief summary within a working day of the survey, and then the detailed report would follow within 7-10 days.

I would definitely recommend Garret to anyone who needs a survey and would not hesitate to use him in the future.

I had initially gotten some quotes from larger surveying firms offering slightly better prices however I wanted to be sure that the person doing my survey was experienced and would provide a good service.

Garret did exactly that. My survey was booked for a Monday but due to a cancellation the Saturday before he decided to bring mine forward, although he could have taken the day off. The day after he completed the survey he was in touch by phone to give me a detailed summary of the survey. Later that same week I received the full report which was very thorough.

After our offer for a house was accepted we had already in mind to contact We Are Surveyors to commission the Level 3 survey as their reviews in trust pilot were excellent and the positive information about them available in the RICS website.

Gareth and Jo provided a swift response and gave us a competitive quote. They sort out a date with the estate agent straight away. I added some specific queries to the standard report as I was concerned about certain aspects of the house. Gareth presented a comprehensive report, the content is very informative, very detailed and most importantly easy to understand.

After Gareth explained the results in a telephone call, I reviewed the report and asked a couple of more questions. Gareth came back with the answers straight away.

From start to finish the service was excellent. My survey was arranged and conducted within 10 days and at time which suited my needs. Following the survey I received a call from Garret who gave me a full brief on the property condition and any areas of concern. The written report was received 5 working days later and was very detailed, with pictures provided for clarification. After I received the report I had a couple of questions and Garret was very happy to answer them for me.

The cost of the survey was very good and lower than other competitors in the area. With the exceptional detail provided in the survey report, I cannot fault Garret and his team, especially at the great price.
