Rose who works at LifeLight 15 The Hyde SG2 9SD was so helpful .
She went above and beyond to explain the products they sell and was very experienced in her field.
I would highly recommend this establishment for you're mobility needs .
A much better 1 to 1 customer service then some of the big mobility stores .
And a very well stocked up shop wirh lots of scooters and loads of other mobility products too at very competitive prices .
Rose was just so attentive to all my needs .
Easy parking too for customers.
Forget the rest she was the best shop assistant in every aspect.

Absolutely first-class experience, from start to finish. Ordered a pair of puncture-proof tyres for my mobility scooter and they arrived the very next day, perfectly packed and exactly as described. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

The Scooter we bought from them in June 2024 has developed a fault . On the 19th/20th June this year (25) a very loud clicking from the rear wheel became apparent. As the scooter was still under warranty at that time I contact the supplier Lifelight ,the owner came back right away and told me that all I needed to do was take off the wheel and remove a pin and then grease the axle . When I told them I could not do this the owner of Lifelight said I could pay £125 to have an engineer come out and do this ,I said the scooter was under warranty, Maney emails have been sent directly to the owner of Lifelight but no matter what I say they still will not have the problem fixed all the owner has said is that it is WEAR AND TARE and thats not covered by the warranty and by just looking at a video I made of the noise he diagnosed the fault as being WEAR AND TARE I would caution anyone about buying from Lifelight because when things go wrong that mean they have to fix it under warranty they shark there responabilitys. Trading Standards have now been involved and I await there help.

After several disappointing attempts elsewhere, Gary personally matched a custom seat cover for my scooter, sent it before payment to confirm fit, and processed everything once I was happy, honestly the most trusting, above-and-beyond service I’ve experienced in years!

Needed puncture-proof tyres urgently; Lifelight dispatched them the same afternoon and even tracked the courier for me, keeping me updated until they arrived.

I phoned up check when my order would be delivered they told me the following day but the order never arrived. No contact from them I had my tyre fitter ready to fit the 4 tyre so it cost me 60 pounds for him. To do nothing will not be using them anymore.

Superb company. Won’t go anywhere else now. Ordered new wheels and castors for my wheelchair by phone , staff were super helpful and kind and polite and order arrived a few days later. Quality is beautiful and my chair now looks classy all in black !

I ordered 2 puncture proof tyres for my mobility scooter. ordering by phone was so easy and the guy on the phone was helpful and pleasant. I ordered Monday and they were delivered Wednesday.
