Every year they find me the best prices and cover for my insurance renewal and they are very friendly, which makes all the difference these days. Emma R is the main person who looked after me so well.

Absolute crooks, happy to take your premium in full (£1400!!!) then cancel your policy because a requested document was mailed to them over the weekend arriving on the Tuesday (a day late instead of Monday) then they refund you over 2months later, half of what you’ve payed! Then laughingly, they get upset when you leave a bad review! Provide a better service LIFESTYLE, it’s that simple!
Avoid this broker!!!!!

The worst insurance broker company ever , been waiting two and half months fir refund, call many times requesting call back but Amanda the manager never call me back
Extra charges not in the policy, i need to ask legal advice to challenge them

Not recommended. Highly unprofessional customer service, all sounds great at selling point, once you paid, all additional charges occur and you either agree on them or will be charged for policy cancellation. And yes i know, most brokers are like this, NO, we have been in trade for years and by far Lifestyle Insurance Brokers are worst experience so far.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Lifestyle Insurance Brokers. From the start, their customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. I was promised a tailored insurance plan that would fit my needs, but it felt more like a generic sales pitch. The broker I dealt with was pushy and rushed, barely taking the time to explain the details of the policies.

Additionally, the communication was terrible. I had to follow up multiple times to get basic information, and when I finally received a response, it was incomplete or confusing. I also noticed discrepancies in the terms they quoted me versus what was in the final documents, which caused a lot of confusion.

To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel the policy within the cooling-off period, they made the process unnecessarily difficult and delayed my refund. I feel misled, frustrated, and regret choosing them. I would not recommend Lifestyle Insurance Brokers to anyone looking for reliable or transparent insurance services.
