The other staff and even customer service manager are rude and unhelpful, we all can get things wrong but it’s how we try to resolve it that counts, round of applause Tom good man ***** effort for him but * star for lifestyle insurance

Doggy company! Opening and closing insurance with silly reason ! Only for charging customers!!

Definitely they are a Dodgy Insurance broker! Don’t wast your time and your money with them!. They have charged me £730 for 20 days insurance and they send fake details to main insurance provider so they will reject your insurance and Life style stole your money!.

I read all these negative reviews about communication etc etc and all I can say is them reviews are talking rubbish, I find every body I have spoke to have been great tom, Amanda and few others.

Well where do I begin I paid the deposit 3 weeks ago.
Paid my first premium.
Paid an increase in undisclosed claims
Still waiting for my policy details.
I was asked for the amounts relating to the claims.
But guess what I have always been insured with trade.
Still waking for lifestyle insurance to get back too me.

Iv just renewed my trade insurance again with niall at lifestyle. Its just effortless. Brilliant price yet again. More cover than ill ever use. Just an easy process. Im very happy with all aspects. Not sure if this is my third or fourth year. But yeah top quality. Sorry for the rant but im just happy with the process

Update, after few calls I feel much more valid as a customer, had a chunk of the 30% refunded, thank you

Been a customer for several years, renewed yesterday and when I received policy x2 find I’ve been charged approx £500 or 30% as a broker fee, find this absolutely disgusting, I don’t even have a receipt for money paid (being told admin will send me something) I’ve recommended this company to other businesses and feel really let down!! Currently exploring cancellation and awaiting management call back!

Lifestyle have found the best deal for us year after year, and are always so good when we call mid-policy to make changes to our mini-fleet policy.

As a small business, the good communication and best prices are extra important to us, and we hope we will be able to continue doing business with them

Please see Traders Policy in the Name Jemmett where I was a names driver.

Asked inappropriate questions about my personal and business life.
After contradictory rules (one which was an unwritten rule) or not documented.
Massive amounts of confusion.
Everybody else on the policy was penalised because of my past.
My situation hasn’t changed for 5 years. So maybe Lifestyles inability at due diligence was the problem not myself.

The worst and greedy company only looking to profitise and benefit themselves. Appalled on how they robbed me for me money. Disgusting company with no respect!!! Stay away from them they are thieves.

A company with real people that you can actually talk to, and do business with; polite, helpful, giving a good product and service whilst understanding and fulfilling our needs.
