Bought 2 Satin Silver Mother and Child Halogen Uplighter.
Very well packaged and very good delivery.Put one together all ok. 2nd one didn't have the glass disc for the top.Lighting at home contacted and after 10days the disc arrived.
The only thing I will complain about is the continuous buzzing from the dimmer switch for the top light on both lamps.I was told that was normal.I actually don't believe that. Possibly needs someone to look into this fault.It is very annoying if you are close to the unit.

Good product, delivered as expected
I am a first time customer and I am very please with the entire purchasing process and the quality of the product.
The delivery company should also be praised as I re-organised delivery to a local shop and that too was trouble free.

Great Service
Really good communication regarding delivery and speedy response when there was a slight problem on receipt - they picked light up from our house and delivered it back with problem sorted the same day. Absolutely love the light and found their service first rate.

The base arrived with 2 dents in it and the halogen bulb has blown within one week. The supplier has agreed to replace it if desired. The bulb should evidenly not be handled without covering the skin

the worst experience ever
bought two lights, one came wrong color, the other one came defected, they exchanged the last one, but I changed my mind, agreed to keep the first one though which actually was wrong color. Still waiting for a refund for the last one - its been 6 working days, wrote two emails with no reply over a week! completely wrong approach to a customer
