Going the extra mile
Tricky problem to cover gap in wallpaper from previous lights. Had already ordered the wrong size from them and once I explained they searched for lights that would fit and emailed links to me so it was easy to choose. The lights are up and look fab - great service

Excellent customer service
There was an issue with the product delivered, not exactly as ordered, and some confusion on my part over the name on the invoice sent. I received a call from Lighting at Home to clarify both these matters and was really impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction.
They explained the mistake to me (product received was correct but labled differently) and apologised even going so far as to explain the breakdown in procedure that should have prevented the error, and cleared up my confusion over invoicing. Mistakes happen all the time in any business but it's how companies react that reveals their true culture. Lighting at Home is clearly concientious in this respect and I would definitely use them again.

faulty lights sent
On contacting lighting at home to inform them of this fault with the products delivered they were quick to arrange a replacement which duly arrived within the 5 days as promised. The replacements were fantastic and look great installed in my new house. I will now buy all my future lighting from this company because of the quality and style of product they offer. and the prompt after sales service they provided.

As per our telephone conversation and your subesquent call to the manufacturer Eglo, we contacted them with your details to send out two replacement products directly from Austria. In our call we also advised you it can take up to 10 working days for you to recieve the replacements as all stock is held in Austria. I also sent you a copy of the email confirming that I had done this, which was 5 working days ago.
We are sure you can appriciate that we do not manufacture the lights ourselves but are the distributer and do not intentionally send out faulty lights. We have an exceptional customer service standard as can be seen by other hundreds of reviews on Trustpilot and take all complaints seriously. I have contacted Eglo this morning and they have advised me that UK Mail have your parcel out for delivery today.
I have emailed you and left a voicemail to confirm this as well, could you please let me know when you have received these so that arrangements can be made for the faulties ones to be returned.
Assuring you of our best attention at all times, and apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

Floor lamp
Delivery and promises were excellent but one of the two 8 washers with its nut were found to have been placed on wrong section of cable necessitating rewiring to access them and complete assembly of one of the stems. The top halogen lamp bulb was faulty and had to be replaced.
A great shame because product very satisfactory overall.

Most amazing service, unusual lighting, great value
The lights I bought are really unusual, I haven't seen any like them anywhere else & are very reasonably priced. The service has been second to none. Sanjay replies to e mails within the hour & follows up with a phone call. I bought a pair of lights & when I unpacked them the glass shades were a slightly different colour so they did not match. I emailed late at night & Sanjay phoned first thing the next morning to apologise & said he would order 2 more shades from Austria to be delivered directly to my house. The lights were packed really well & arrived before the estimated date as well. It is unusual to get such terrific prompt service nowadays & I would thoroughly recommend this company

Product not quite right, but an amicable return has been arranged.
The first of the five lights delivered did not quite look as we had expected when we installed it and turned it on. The supplier agreed to a return and refund arrangement for the whole batch, even though our return date was outside the statutory two weeks from delivery normally allowed under the legislation for this type of situation, when no fault with the product has been found.

Good initial response to my order but lacking follow up (see below)
My original order was out of stock but I was phoned immediately and offered a replacement model that I accepted ( Some £20 more expensive). When it arrived one of the glass shades had been broken in transit and although I requested a replacement I have had no response. Original Order No.LAH-18-10-2016-09-12-36.
