Having purchased a LiteLok X1 I was extremely impressed with how well it worked, we moved house and like all things happen, I lost my keys. I went onto LiteLok, because I registered my look once it arrived originally, glad I did!! So ordering new keys was a doddle, the new keys arrived within a couple of weeks, which I was happy with as it saved me buying a new look. Thank you LiteLok five star service and company!?! "

Took 4 Weeks to arrive.

Ive only just got it but, initially its so thick its very difficult to get it to fit anything. it wont go through any of the front wheel/discs. On my old classic it will go round the wheels. On my Rsv4 factory theres only one specific place on the rear wheel where it will go through the disk and a rear spoke but, if it wasnt on the paddock stand it would be really really hard to get it to fit. Same for my z1000 rear wheel only and just one place....have gone from 3 stars from 2 as ive got it to fit in a few more places....wont fit my supermoto atall though...not great.

Edit: Another though....id say this is a better lock for smaller bikes as it will go through more locking points....

Finally took the plunge and bought an X1 mini! Delivered on time and the build quality is fantastic as expected.

It is brilliant to buy from a British manufacturer and well worth the premium price for the premium product. I hope I never need to rely on it but I am sure if that time comes the litelok will put up a good fight!

"After loads of research and personal recommendations from other cyclists I bought this lock. Reviews show how resilient it is in comparison to others but thankfully I haven’t had it tested. What I can say is using the sizing printout I could test it on my bike and knew size wise it would work. The softer coatings work well to stop frame damage and it closes and opens easily. I use it in conjunction with a wire loop to link the wheels into the lock. Glad they spent all that time on the design.

The ever increasing motorcycle thefts, even at the bike club meetings at The National Motorcycle Museum has made me review for the first time the use of additional lock. LITELOX X1 MOTO offered the perfect solution, easy to lock and unlock with a neoprene storage bag. I now feel safer leaving my motorcycle and expecting it to be there when I get back!

With all the social media posts on bike theft, it was time I upgraded my security. The security measures previously taken, I've had in place for years and frankly, felt that it was no longer suitable given the methods now employed by thieves. The X1 locks appear robust and a decent weight, compared to the U lock I'd been using, a well known brand. The whole experience from purchasing to fitting was easy, including registering the keys. If you think that they are expensive, then think about what your bikes worth. And these are worth it. If you want to a better chance of holding on to your ride, this is a Must have. "

I bought a bike and this lock on the same day. The bike arrived after only 4 days and the lock still hasn’t shipped. Customer service gave me me another 10-12 day window for arrival. In the meantime I bought a Kryptonite lock after the 6th day of waiting and it already arrived after only 2 days. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU WANT THE LOCK TO ARRIVE.

Great fast delivery, we feel safer having them on for our European trips. Easy to fit, we went for the x1 on the front wheel and the x3 on the rear. They pack into the pannier great, not bulky like our chains, and are far lighter. I’ve watched a lot of tests on them specifically the Bennetts bike social one, that properly made him sweat with his angle grinder.

I purchased the large X1 D lock and it is very sturdy and really does give me peace of mind when I park my motorcycle either out and about or as part of my security at home, a great diamond rated product which i feel is good value for money .an easy to use website with Super quick delivery . I highly recommend this product

The Litelok X1 is very well made and came with its own neoprene holder. The instruction for use and accompanying security information was incredibly helpful.

I've been on the waiting list 5 times. Every time Litelok sends an email saying the product is in stock, I try to place my order, but immediately told out of stock. Again "join the waiting list". I've spoken to the customer service, but given a poor reason that it's first come first served basis. I've told them I'm happy to pay upfront for the required product and email me and post when it's available, but they won't take upfront payments. "Join the waiting list" unfortunately I'm sick off waiting for your substandard service, it's time to go elsewhere.

Update.
Litelok have replied to my Trustpilot and asked me to contact them to place my order, which I duly did the following day. The moto 3 & core moto 125 arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately the core moto has arrived in the wrong colour despite the correct colour on the invoice. I've contact Litelok by email and received a prompt response advising that the colour I want is out of stock and I can return for a refund. Why did they take my order if stock is not available. If I return the item, I'll be back to square 1. Litelok get your act together.

An amazing piece of kit for my E-bike. I would always buy Litelok products for they quality.
