Having previously invested in an X3 for use on my main motorcycle at home, which is long enough to go round the front wheel and a ground anchor, I've now bought the X1 mini for my work commuter bike. Fits perfectly round the wheel again, for easy, quick security on the go. Love it.

We are so pleased with the quality and durability of these locks. It gives us such peace of mind knowing how well these locks protect our e-bikes. We spent quite a bit of time researching bike locks and feel confident knowing we made the right decision. Also, I might add.....the customer service we received was great! The quick responses to our questions and attention to detail in all correspondence was so appreciated.

This company is all over YouTube, giving their locks to influencers to test, however, two weeks after ordering, other than for an automated confirmation email, there has been no update on delivery. At the time of placing the order on 22 July the website stated that for orders placed before 13:00 delivery would be the next day. The order confirmation then indicated delivery would be two to three weeks out (5 to 11 August). Checking the product webpage this evening, they are now saying shipping after 20 August. That will be 4 weeks after we placed our orders. Appalling customer service considering my partner and I ordered at the same time, spending over £1,000 between us.

Ordered a x3 on they website on the 19th July not received by August 4 even though it said in stock on wedsite when I ordered. Got intoch via email received a quick response say x3 will be delivered on a order by order over the next 3 to 4 weeks. This is obviously not good enough and very poor service. I have now emailed again and asked for a refund and I will buy the dx1000 which can be delivered in 3 days. I think 2 stars is generous

Recently bought Mini X1 x2 Keyed Alike. Very quick dispatch and delivery, and amazing quality. Hopefully they're never put to the test.

"I haven't attacked it with an angle grinder, but it seems extremely robust. Working on the theory that bike thieves go for the low hanging fruit first, mine would definitely be the last bike stolen. The Litelok is a couple pounds heavier than I would prefer, but I get the impression that's necessary. It's outrageously expensive in the US where I live, but I have lost too many bikes to thieves in my life to really care about price any more. "

I bought a Litelok X1 moto recently after watching a review on Bennet's Social YouTube channel and thankfully it was delivered quickly as promised. I used it soon after on a trip to Lampeter in Wales where it was instrumental in saving my bike from being stolen. Myself and another guest at the hotel witnessed several low life milling about and I clearly heard them discussing what could only have been the theft of my bike. They didn't get it, thanks to my vigilance and the excellent design features of the Litelok. I'd nearly bought a cheap untested lock until watching Bennett's review and I'm convinced that if I had my bike would have been stolen. A quality, brilliant and innovative British product which isn't expensive when you consider what it could save you in money and stress. Highly recommended.

Ordered a lock from this company based on reviews, but past 12 days from the purchase, the lock has not left Germany.
Had i known how lousy their service is would have bought an alternative.
This kind os service slould not be supported!

I bought the X3 moto so I could sleep at night.
Very happy with the product.
Knowing it slows down potential theft along with the noise created.

Agree with some reviews that delivery time is a little delayed and you could go ahead and purchase an equivalent lock (hiplock) off the shelf for same day use!
However I will continue with LiteLok!

I also noticed some complain on the size, however there are more ways to skin a cat and I don’t see it being a problem

Quick postage and a good choice of D-locks.
This has to be the best quality lock I've ever seen. Anything that can slow down a grinder is worth paying for. The quality of the key lock is top notch and looks unpickable. I wouldn't consider buying anything else now for a motorcycle lock. Best of British!

Purchased for my motorcycle. The best lock I've ever owned. No rattling shackle, key fits positively into the barrel & can sleep a little deeper knowing the scum will have trouble with this one. Well worth the money & the customer service is excellent. Thanks.

"This is solid! The weight may put some people off, but I just see it as extra training. It fits in my bag, attach it to my bike using a VELO strap or put in my belt loop. Someone asked me "what bike would you use this for?" My answer: "The one I want to keep". Living in the Capital, there are areas that bike thieves target. I do not plan on being the next victim, so why go cheap & regret it later."

A little heavier than expected, although I wasn’t sure what to expect. A solid piece of kit.

I bought the x3 to add to my overnight security, adding it to the chep disc locks and chains.it has given me piece of mind.i feel this adds so much more strength to my arsenal. So much so its now the only lock i take with me on a ride ,giving me confidence when i leave the bike unattended on my coffee stops.i would recommend it.
