⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 12/10 Service from Patrick at London Luggage, King's Cross
I had an exceptional experience with Patrick at London Luggage in King's Cross. He went above and beyond by coming in early on a Sunday specifically to help me, and even reserved two Briggs & Riley suitcases for me ahead of my visit.
Patrick's knowledge of the products was outstanding. He took the time to explain in detail the craftsmanship, features, and industry-leading warranty that Briggs & Riley offers, answering every question with genuine expertise and enthusiasm. It was clear that he really knows his products and cares about helping customers make the right choice.
What truly set the experience apart was the level of personal service. Patrick carefully embossed my initials onto the luggage, making the purchase feel even more special. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful.
In an age where great customer service can be hard to find, Patrick delivered an experience that exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for luggage and happen to visit London Luggage in King's Cross, you're in excellent hands.
A genuine 12/10 experience—thank you, Patrick!

Beautiful luggage . Great quality . Online purchase was easy and delivery was in two days to my front door

Easy to order online, website was clear and well laid out. A wide range of products available.
Delivery was as simple and on time.
Excellent experience, looking forward to using the item over the next months! 10/10

I couldn't pass up on a 50% discount on a piece of luggage I needed. The item arrived well packaged and in a very swift timeframe.

Prompt service and luggage came in on time.

One of the best service experiences I’ve had

One of the few deliveries I've recieved with no issues recently. Excellent service considering how quickly the item was shipped sameday after my initials being embossed on the item.

Ordered luggage, they delivered within expected time, however, I also got another order. It was all sorted and the people who I had contact with were nice. These things happen so no real issue.

Thank you for a prompt delivery and great price!

Great stock and I found something specific that exactly what I was after. Amazing price too. Delivery was a bit slow but for me it was worth the wait to get just what I wanted.
A phone call to them to confirm things was handled professionally and efficiently.

A quality Eastpak bag, sold at half the rrp, just what I need for many years of travel, at an excellent price.

Well priced speedy service and very please with the bag!

Easy to use web site , excellent price for the suitcase I wanted , quick free delivery.

Bag itself (wheeled Victorinox) is excellent, packaging it was delivered in was not. Just dumped in an old samsonite box, no bag around it, no other packing, box was barely hanging together when it arrived. Fortunately contents were ok.

Excellent quality and beautiful colour. Loved my new travelling bags. Delivery on time and will happily buy from London Luggage again. Thank you
