London Luggage Opiniões

Customer Service is excellent

The suitcase came very quickly, in its original packaging, and nicely presented. The purchasing and receiving was easy, and faff free. And I got a little sales discount and a free umbrella. I would happily use London Luggage again.

Arrived promptly and packaged well

Great experience. Great price on Samsonite Nexis Black 55. Offered personalisation on the case. Prompt delivery.

Thanks!!

A very prompt & reliable service supplying an excellent product at a competitive price. Given the range of products and standard of service it not really worth considering going any where else .

This is the first time I’ve used this company and everything from ordering to receiving my luggage was great. The only slight issue was one of the boxes was slightly damaged but all items were fine and nothing missing and it could have happened in transit. It wouldn’t put me off using this company again hence the 5 star review.

Goods excellent………but delivery driver delivered to wrong house, and took a totally non identifying photo as proof of delivery !

Super fast delivery, and a great price on my Samsonite suitcase.

Great pricing and super quick delivery, even with a customised product!

London Luggage are fantastic. I’ve ordered a backpack & wheeled case from them over the last few months & got them both for a very good price with 10% discount. In both transactions the items were delivered very promptly. Would definitely use LL again.

Everything was great. The product is as described. The product was fairly priced. The delivery was exactly as promised. I’ve used London Luggage before and will use them again.

Great service and fast delivery.

A wonderful, family owned business, which provides exceptional customer service. The owner went above and beyond to help with my order and was extremely knowledgeable about the product - no hard sell, just a genuine enthusiasm for the products sold. I would highly recommend!

The case I ordered was out of stock.
They called me & offered an alternative, which was delivered next day.
Great service.
Highly recommend this company.

This family-owned business is a great choice for luggage purchases. Patrick is extremely friendly, a good salesman, and very helpful. They had great discounted deals and sales on certain stock, gave honest reviews and went the extra mile to help us. Highly recommend.
