Eine einzige Katastrophe
Eine einzige Katastrophe! Die Lieferung wurde immer weiter verschoben, um 6 Monate !!! Letztendlich sollte sie doch schon nach 5 Monaten stattfinden aber obwohl Louis Poulsen schreibt, es wird am 30. 09 geliefert, haben wir am 2. Oktober immer noch nichts bekommen.
Dagegen ist die Kreditkarte bereits belastet !!!

Außerordentlich guter Service. Sie haben mir eine neue Lampe geschickt, obwohl ich nur neue Batterien wollte, weil die Batterie nicht lieferbar war. So etwas erlebt man sehr selten.

The checkout page could really use some improvement.
The checkout experience on the shopping website could use some improvement.
I tried to place an order for the same item at least 20 times, even switching between two different credit cards and using both a tablet and a laptop, but I just couldn’t get the payment to go through that night.
Interestingly, it worked on the first try the next day.
On the bright side, the delivery was really fast, and once I received the beautiful lamp, it pretty much made me forget about that frustrating night.

Clear product info and easy checkout process
The images, the checkout experience, and the product selection made the experience really excellent in my opinion. All the images of the product helped me get a good sense of the size, shape, brightness, and form factor of the lamp. The checkout process was also very nice.

Falsche Produkt und keine Reaktion
Ich hatte einen Standfuss für eine Tischlampe gekauft. Leider ist der Durchmesser der Oeffnung für die Aufnahme des Lampenarms am Fuss zu gross. Ich habe den Kundendienst kontaktiert, aber bis heute keine Antwort erhalten

No Communication & Complete Disregard for Design Pros
Im a design professional and I have tried to get in touch with their USA divison to answer questions about stock, availability, and design options and nobody would pick up. I left several messages through their online portal to which someone responded over a month later. I responded and told them of my dismay regarding the poor communications and lack of attention received as a designer who is trying to specify their products. They have completely ignored me.

Leveringstiden var ekstrem lang. I mere end over 10 uger fik jeg udsættelses mail. Jeg har købt en ekstra skærm til min 2/1 pendel (den store og ikke de to mindre) og prisen alene 2250 kr. for denne ene skærm og en hel ny lampe koster 3590kr.

Vi er kede af at høre, at du har oplevet en så lang leveringstid og frustration i forbindelse med dit køb. Det er bestemt ikke den oplevelse, vi ønsker, vores kunder skal have.
Vi forstår, at det kan virke urimeligt, når en reservedel, som en enkelt skærm i dette tilfælde, koster en stor andel af prisen på en hel lampe. Prisen afspejler dog både kvaliteten, designet og produktionsomkostningerne ved at fremstille individuelle dele i mindre mængder.
Endnu engang beklager vi meget de gentagne udsættelser og den lange ventetid.
Vi håber på trods af alt, at du får stor glæde af din lampe mange år frem.
