Excellent experience! The online setup was fast and easy, with instant unit allocation and ID verification. The facility is tidy, organised and offers great accessibility via trolleys and lifts. The after-hours access is a huge plus and the PIN entry system meant I could get on-site immediately without waiting and feel safe. Highly recommend!"

Great to move in and out with little risk of dealing with the elements, rain etc. Clean facility with toilet available which helps. Great staff. Overall I recommend anyone needing storage to go to Loxon.

Arrived at storage facility in Toolooa. Code denied us access. No local number listed on gate for when this happens. Had to leave premises.Finally got an Emergency number. No Answer
Finally got on to someone who gave us a tempery code then had to drive back. Once we finally got in, our shed was located inside buiding where corridor doors dont have a latch to hold back. No trolleys available. Was a very long process to unload. We had an appointment at 9am that we missed due to the stuff around. Not the best experience.

Absolutely brilliant. We made a phone call, spoke to Vanessa (who was fantastic) and got our storage unit organised entirely remotely. Then just moved in the next day. Efficient, cost effective, clean and great service.

Loxon have again been amazing to work with and have made the process of getting a storage shed so easy!
