I ordered a complete desk organizer set #US000160413-1 but only received part of it 10 days ago. I’ve sent two emails requesting a shipping update and received no response. I’m still missing the two leather trays. The product is good, but the shipping and customer service are very disappointing.

Love the product, it's exactly what I was looking for. It has one small drawback, that is when I close the top and fasten at the snap, the front flexes a bit making it somewhat difficult to snap. But looks great and provides a secure one watch travel case.

We ordered the wrong iPad cover to replace the one I had soiled and worn out. Lucrin cheerfully and efficiently sent me a return authorization and return label, then issued a refund when they received it. Then the new one came, beautifully packaged and perfectly correct. It is a perfect fit and I love it. Couldn’t expect ant better experience!

An einem Montag habe ich an Lucrin geschrieben und das Problem mit der iPhoneHülle meiner Schwester und von mir beschrieben. Diese Hüllen waren seit Januar 26 unser Eigen - und haben sich sehr ungünstig verändert.
Es war kaum zu glauben
1. Es war völlig überraschend wie schnell die Reaktion von Lucrin war
2. Die Antwort war sowas von freundlich - informativ- und sehr gut beratend
3. Die Empfehlungen für eine neue Hülle für die beiden iPhones - einfach Zauberhaft.
4. Fasst nicht zu glauben- aber wahr - bereits am Freitag haben wir die neuen Lederhüllen geliefert bekommen mit Beschriftung / Namen - Wahnsinn

Ich weiss nicht, ob es überhaupt ein weiteres Unternehmen gibt, die diese Bearbeitung des Problems so professionell und mit absoluter Topp Kontaktnahme durchführt.

I bought an iPhone 17 pro wallet at the end of last year for my wife. We have bought from Lucrin before and been very satisfied. This time my wife bought an orange iPhone and a wallet to match. Unfortunately the wallet showed the dirt and I contacted Lucrin to ask about cleaning. They said that the wallet probably couldn’t be cleaned and offered to replace it. I think that that was very generous given that the wallet had only had normal wear. They suggested a darker colour and ‘pebbled’ finish which would not show dirt so much. Special thanks to their representative Joyce who handled our case. Very happy with Lucrin.
