Falsche Lieferung erhalten, keinerlei Nachlass oder entgegenkommen für diesen Fehler, obwohl mehrfach kommuniziert ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gekauft wurde. Sollte der Artikel nicht pünktlich vor dem
28.06.2026 bei mir verbessert und korrekt eintreffen lehne ich die Annahme wegen nicht Erfüllung des Vertragsgegenstandes ab. Absolut miserabel der Service, Paypal Zahlungen funktionieren nicht und ein Hinweis warum, bekommt man auch nicht.

Staubbeutel sieht ekelhaft und billig aus… geliefert wurde ohne Lieferschein?

La prochaine fois que je shoppe sur le net je vérifierai bien que UPS n'est pas dans le deal.

Having ordered two iPhone cases last year I felt that, after some use, they were not wearing well. I’d ordered smooth leather and it marks quite badly.
Also, the charging port aperture was ok for an Apple cable but slightly too small for premium connectors such as Anker.
I told LUCRIN and they could not have been more helpful. New, replacement cases with a modified hole for charging cables have arrived in a beautiful grain leather.
Customer support was brilliant.
Sometimes it’s not what is wrong that matters - it’s how that thing is put right.
The cases are very well made and feel wonderful in the hand.
