When my boiler was leaking whilst I was on holiday, Neil called me back very quickly and was at my apartment within the hour. He was able to ensure the boiler was no longer leaking and explained to me clearly over the phone what he had done. This gave me peace of mind so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday. The only reason I haven't given him 5 stars is due to him not knowing my boiler brand (Logic) so he did not correctly diagnose the problem. It was a lot smaller problem that he thought once I got a different plumber out. I would highly recommend Neil, but confirm the boiler type first.

Carried out the service at the appointed time in a professional manor.

As always Neil came when he said he would, within 24 hours of me calling him. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed a leaking toilet, which had caused quite a lot of damage to the ceiling below. Great service and price as always. Thanks Neil.

What a great plumber!- Neil serviced my boiler, replaced a dripping valve and made a radiator work again after not functioning for over 7 years! Can’t recommend him enough!

Neil is polite, professional and excellent at his job. The first time he serviced our boiler he also fixed a leak on a radiator that two previous heating engineers failed to sort. M20 Plumbing carried out a service and repairs to our boiler. Arrived on the date / time agreed. Did a great job and identified a carbon monoxide leak, which could of been serious! Had the parts on the van to carry out the repairs and kept working until the problems were resolved. A great local company, reasonably priced and would definitely recommend them. Will be using again in the future.
