He came on time, was friendly, worked hard and tidied up after himself.
The cost was as quoted.

At last! A really good plumber.
Good communication. Easy to arrange an appointment for a boiler service. Arrived on time. Clearly knew what he was doing and explained it well. Left the place clean and tidy. Great value, great service and a nice guy too. Highly recommended.
