most wonderful experience…

I had the most wonderful experience shopping at Mackage Yorkdale. Shirley and the staff at the Yorkdale location went out of their way to find My dream parka along with the size I need. After the style and size were sold out, she kindly surprise me with a good news phone call saying she was able to get the parka in. All the staff couldn’t be more pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to my next purchase with Mackage Yorkdale. Will definitely be referring the Mackage company and location to all my friends and family. Thank you!!

Amazing experience

Amazing experience. Great customer service. Just got 2 beautiful black coats and my bf got a coat and a vest. We will definitely return! Travis and Ellie especially were so helpful and honest in giving us feedback on deisgns and style tips.

LOVE this STORE!!!

Love the look of the store and the quality of the garments. The coat I purchased kept me warm throughout the winter and looking Ford to my next purchase! High end brand and it shows!

The service was excellent!!! The salesperson knew their merchandise extremely well. I love my new fall coat 💕. I recommend the store and I will be going back to buy myself a winter jacket!!

Terrible Customer Service - AVOID!

Recently bought 5 face masks online which was never received. Contacted ‘customer service’ and told the investigations will take 10 weeks! Then contacted FedEx myself, surprisingly they got back promptly to say package was delivered to the wrong address. Mackage has refused to take responsibility. Shameful for an alleged ‘high end’ label. Needless to say, never buying from them again.

Terrible expirience

I was very excited to order this purse and was so disappointed to find out that the leather had a big bubble on the flap. I asked customer service if I can get an extra discount and they offered 10% extra. I decided to order a different purse with hope for a better quality and could never expect that the second purse is going to be even worse. Leather on the flap was full of bubbles on both sides. I didn't want to send my first purse until I get the second order, but customer service told me I have to do it asap. So I sent my first purse and end up with even worse quality. I sent a letter to customer service where I expressed my disappointment , but all I received is return slip, no offer to help.

STAY CLEAR DECEITFUL DISHONEST

STAY CLEAR! A victim of their shady tactics! Placed an order on May 18 for a face mask. It was a pre-order that was scheduled to be dispatched on June 4.

Followed up with them numerous times and they assured me it was on schedule to be dispatched on June 4. June 5 nothing shipped out, spoke with customer rep and on that day (June 5) claimed that package 'should' be shipped out today.

Today is June 9, and they have yet to ship package. Spoke with a rep on the phone, who intentionally lied and misled me. Claimed that package was shipped on Mon Jun 8, and package was in FedEx's hands at that point. Upon checking the status, it showed that the shipping label/info was created and sent to FedEx, which indicates that they have yet to receive the package from Mackage (June 9).Clearly lied to me and said that FedEx received the package on the 8th.

When requesting for a refund, lied again saying that she's not authorized to process refunds and that the manager has to get back to me with such regards. Never heard such foolishness in my life.

Couldn't dispute the charge with my CC company since Mackage uses some shady tactics. They do not charge your card, until they actually send the item out, which at that point it's too late to dispute or request a refund. They will have it pending all along, so you cannot dispute anything.

Very DECEITFUL and DISHONEST company!! Zero stars if I could. Please learn from my mistake, and do NOT buy anything from them!

Do not waste your time and money on this brand . Not refunded Not cancel Not exchange!
And you would never have a real answer from a real person. And my coat being processing for a month and still haven’t shipped yet! The customer service is Awful!

The absolutely WORST!!

I would give a ZERO if I could. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.

I ordered a coat online which came too small. I stared a chat conversation in the website and the representative was extremely rude from the gate! She immediately told my I couldn’t exchange my item because if was final sale. I wasn’t trying to return, I just needed a larger size! This person was so combative and unwilling to help, I was shocked. Then she exited the chat after I asked 4 times to speak with a supervisor (who does that?!). I sent an email and called explaining my very easy issue, it’s not f****** rockets science to make a simple exchange. I haven’t heard back from anyone at all. I will never ever spend a cent on these terrible brand. I’m going to make it my mission that no one I know buys from this shady business as well.

Luxury prices, not quality nor service

Horrible customer service (covered at length by others reviews - wish I saw before ordering!) and coats WAY overpriced for quality. Their site makes such a point of the quality but in reality they skimp on every detail they can to maximize margins. NOT a luxury brand, just the prices. I ordered 3 coats for me and my wife. Could hardly get the zipper to work on any of them! All made in China. Leather trim nice touch but obviously low quality. Every coat too bulky. My wife ordered a Lands End coat for under $200, everything works, just as warm and fits slimmer. One coat we considered keeping but was small so called to exchange. The sale on when we ordered was over and they wouldn't allow an exchange. Said had to pay full price! Are you kidding me? This company does not deserve anyone's business

The Worst Customer Service I've Ever Had

I normally don't take the time to write a review and even less so for a negative review. However, I was so appalled by the customer representative that spoke to me on the phone. I had purchased this coat during their boxing day sale where it went on sale for $517. The order was processed and they sent me a confirmation email. I noticed several weeks later they had not even updated me or sent any information about the order. With this said, I emailed them. They stated that the item was out of stock and they would not fulfill the order. However, the item was in stock online at that moment but the customer service representative kept repeating that it was out of stock so they cannot fill the order. So to prove them wrong I literally placed the order for the item and it was shipped! The customer service representative refused to honor the sale price that I had purchased it at despite the fact that this was their error. I asked to politely speak to their manager and the sales representative had the audacity to state that a she will not allow that because what she said is the authority and the manager will not speak to "just anyone." She stated that I had to pay full price or return the item, despite having a confirmed email of the purchased item on sale. She was completely rude and did not make any effort to solve to the problem. In the end, the item was shipped to the wrong address and they would not correct it and give a proper refund. In the end, I had to report it to my credit card company so that they could place a refund. The entire process was a complete mismanagement and a huge headache all related to terrible customer service and immoral/bad business practices. I have shopped at Mackage for over ten years and because of her absolute rudeness and inability to help, I will NEVER shop at Mackage again.

Absolutely repulsed by this customer service. Although the reps weren't rude, the someone on the management team was. Some pathetic excuse for a supervisor named "Medea" was absolutely a waste of time and breathe. He didn't resolve anything by YELLING at me through the phone. He asked me what I wanted, I said I wanted a refund on a product I've never received in the mail. Mind you, I've called over 16 times to this specific brand because they took my money, and never gave me my jacket in the mail. All the times I've wasted my breath explaining the situation, I could have gotten my money back. Unfortunately, I've ordered the jacket Nov 10th, 2019. It is now currently 1/28/2020...I don't understand what Mackage customer service does all day. Do they just sit around promising the absolute most when they achieve absolutely nothing? Their prime words are "It is MY JOB to get this done. Don't you worry. It is my JOB." Emphasis on "JOB"...yet nothing is resolved. I've called the customer service center several times that I need to speak to the manager. After the first 6 attempts, I was finally in touch with the "Medea" character.

I've contacted FedEx, but FedEx mentioned that Mackage was supposed to be the one contacting them for a lost package claim. Mackage filed the claim, got a pathetic dainty response back of "it was signed for" (which is FALSE because it was the wrong signature and there was someone actually home at the time who didn't hear the doorbell ring at all) and Mackage NEVER gave me a call back mentioning what the outcome was until I had to repeatingly call back several times. Then they proceeded to LIE to me saying there's no response. What a headache. What a ridiculous poor excuse of "Customer Service".

Do not buy from MAKAGE

Do not buy from MAKAGE! I have never written an online review but this place was so terrible with customer service I felt I had to warn others.
The manager gave me the run around and then started to avoid my calls with no resolution to me trying to return the jacket. I expect a high level of customer service when paying top dollar for a jacket and it was the worst experience I have ever had.
Rudsak is where I will be shopping the the future for my winter coats they treat customers with the upmost care.

DONT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

I ordered this item in November waited 3 weeks for it to be dispatched to be told it’s out of stock and I wasn’t going to be receiving the item, BUT they had taken the money from my account! It wasn’t until I chased the order that I was told it was out of stock! For a £800 coat this was disgusting customer service! It took 4 weeks to get my money back!

DONT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

If I could give a zero for their rating, I would have:

I've contacted their Customer Service Department (three separate times), though the representatives have been polite, my issue has yet to be resolved: I placed an order on 12/25/2019, the monies were immediately deducted from my account for this item: I've yet to receive it, as the "Order Status" states "Pending", without providing any tracking information. I continue to hear, that my inquiry has been escalated to their warehouse; while still being without an item or a refund.

I've purchased their items before from them before (not directly through their store or site) and based upon my experience, I never will!
