great magazine, deilvered on time, bright colourful factful appealing to children and young people

The best model railway magazine on the market in the UK - excellent layout reviews; incisive product reviews and no doubt the only magazine you really need to keep up with events and product reviews.

Country Living was the best read of any magazine I have enjoyed in a long while. It had so much interest, the colouring was pleasant on the eye, the price was well worth it.

I’ve found some amazing deals here and am extremely happy with the subscriptions I have made. It is so exciting when it is delivery day and I haven’t been disappointed yet!

I would give this Company zero stars if it was an option! Paid for an annual subscription, money was taken immediately. After waiting serval week and not receiving any magazine I attempted to find out what was going on. What a painful task that turned out to be. No record of any subscription despite payment being taken. Would advise buying magazines from WHSMITH. Don’t throw money away attempting to buy a subscription! So very disappointing!!!

Very easy to order and great price.

I am frustrated. I subscribed for 6 months in November 2024. I received my January issue. In the meantime I emailed to say I would like my subscription cancelled but at the end of my 6 month period. I have not received my Feb issue when the publisher release date was mid January. Emails to customer service with no response. Can somebody please sort this for me.

Update - helpful response from Adam @ magazine.co.uk - hopefully all sorted but will update this ticket accordingly when it has been.

I signed up for a trial and after I paid I realised that there some resctrions and I have to pay for an extra subsricption which it wasn't mention it in the website.

Always full of great information & updates on all new things coming out.

Up to date news and reviews,and generally excellent.
But ridiculous delay between order and delivery.

Easy to refer to, when you want to look up a specific topic. A wide range of information on varied topics in each publication

Love this magazine (Bike) but it is sometimes frustrating to find in the States. Delighted with the subscription service thus far. Amazed to find delivery as promised. Still early, but I may consider a lifetime subscription if this keeps up. You’ve made my all-time favorite periodical even better with competent and reliable delivery service.

Easy efficient clear information even I was able to order my subscription. I Love my Radio Times landingbon my doormat every week !!!

It’s a very nice magazine and is delivered on time but items feature

Ordered a subscription as a Christmas gift for my Husband but the payment hadn’t worked. Contacted Magazine.co.uk to confirm if my order was received. They confirmed it had not. I then ordered again & payment was approved but has still not been taken from my bank. I’ve had no correspondence from Magazine.co.uk to confirm my order so have no reference number to query with them. I would choose another company if I were you as they don’t seem to be very organised.

The experience of ordering processes are easy to follow and the special offers are great to read new magazines I've not tried before
