Easy to do multiple orders for gift subscriptions to different addresses as one transaction. Opportunity to edit and print/email a gift card to each recipient.

I ordered the subscription as a Christmas present and realised after it wouldn’t be sent until the new year so I tried to cancel it via the publishers as instructed on magazines.co.uk and have sent repeated emails to the publishers address and have had no response.

I bought two gifts for great-nephews at the same time. Arranging separate separate wrapping and addressing was not only easy, it was automatic!

I wasn't asked TO WHOM the magazine was to be sent - though my money was taken instantly

HOWEVER - I was wrong. I was courteously contacted by Trustpilot who had looked into my experience, on behalf of Magazine.co.uk - and had pointed out that I had somehow skipped the necessary question regarding the delivery address for this gift.
The fault was entirely mine. I now will change my experience to '5 star', for having the ability to look into, and put right, customers' complaints immediately.

Three days ago, I placed a subscription for an annual subscription to the National Geographic magazine for my son.

Keep up the good work with the smaller patterns

Update on my review: the company very kindly contacted me following my difficulties, and confirmed the address details were correct. Thank you for taking the time to reassure me.

The usual problem, ordering by a computer! Not enough space for address details. My friend lives in a rural area with a complicated address. I paid using Paypal and it wanted to deliver the item to me, not my friend's address. Hopefully that has now been sorted out, the item might be delivered to my friend or it might be delivered to me, I'll have to wait and see.

I am new to ordering magazines online but after a few stops and starts was able to order what I wanted .
Now I know what is involved and saw the huge array of possible magazines I will return to the website again.

I tried to get to speak to an actual person with a couple of queries, all automated - so very difficult to get my point across to a Chatbot !!
My queries were:-
(1)I am a regular subscriber, but could not remember my customer number.
(2)I have just ordered a Christmas Gift magazine and wanted to ensure this would obviously not be delivered until AFTER Christmas. However, nothing clear on the order form, or where to add my delivery start date instructions.
I am a grandmother and find technology very confusing!! So, clearer Customer Services help would have been so helpful for me.
I really hope my order will not arrive until after Christmas as it is a surprise for my little grandson

I found the site very confusing which led me to subscribe to the wrong subscription, so had to contact company to cancel subscription.

Paid for 3 months of the rugby paper took money no problem but won’t let me download anything customer support is useless

Very easy to order, love that website gives option of starting subscriptions after Xmas even though we didn't need it - great feature. Also happy about being able to pay via Google pay. X

I have bought this magazine for years because their items interest me continually.
