I wouldn’t waste your money with this company. I ordered a 6 month magazine subscription as a gift for someone- it’s been nearly 2 months since my order and 5 telephone calls later and still no magazine has arrived. They will fob you off and reassure you that they will correct the problem and the magazines will arrive by the end of the week- they obviously don’t. When you ask them to put the confirmation in writing with an email they assure you that they will, and guess what?? You’re right, the email never arrives; just like their magazines!

I’m so disappointed and now currently waiting on hold (for probably another 40 mins of my life) to try and cancel the subscription.

I won’t use this company again, I would not recommend them to anyone and I encourage you to do the same. AVOID and save your time that you will have to spend hanging around for calls to be answered, save yourself from all of the lies this company will give you and most importantly alt save your money and use a better company instead.

Easy website to use. Instructions for the subscription are clear with information on when to expect the first magazine.

The web site was intuitive and well laid out. The check out procedure a little dubious if you dont know what paying with link is, but otherwise a good experience.

I find it difficult to assimilate the cost of a subscription via direct debit and the cost to pay normal prices. I have been unable to find any information on why this should be and must surmise that there is probably more to the transaction by direct debit.
In todays world of scammers I can only conclude that there is something sinister here instead of being just straightforward.

I picked up a Kids National Geographic with the offer of nearly 50% for a yearly subscription. Offer ending 15th July 2025. This was 25th June when I applied only to find the offer was only for 29% on a one year subscription, no where could I sign up for for an auto renew for nearly 50%. So in reality this offer does not exist!!!! Offer code LK244 or NGK244 neither worked.

They messed up all the addresses on the subscriptions I made, completely random addresses were added

They have no means of contacting them on their website
