Regarding the cutting, could you please send photographs showing the issue to sales@mediastorehouse.com? This will allow us to review them and, if necessary, refer to our production team.

We would like to let you know that for many (not all) prints, there are two layout choices available:

Print the Entire Image – this keeps the full original image visible and may include white borders depending on the image proportions.
Zoom and Crop – this fills the print area more fully by trimming parts of the image edges.

With regard to the colours, all of our prints are professionally reproduced using high-resolution source files and are not edited prior to production, ensuring they remain a true representation of the original artwork. Images displayed online are optimised for viewing on screens and may appear more vibrant due to backlighting of individual devices. Colours can therefore appear differently in print, and variations may also result from individual screen settings.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your print.

Our website provides preview images, layout options and size information to help customers choose the most suitable product before ordering. In this case, the print was produced according to the layout selected at the time of purchase. Due to the proportions and resolution of the original image, white borders were necessary to preserve the complete artwork, as further cropping would have removed part of the image.

Many images in our collection are sourced from historic archives and may retain characteristics of the original material, which can differ from modern photographs.

We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps explain the appearance of your print.

We're pleased to hear that you found ordering easy and that your print arrived promptly but sorry the packaging was not what you expected. We use various packaging options all designed to protect prints but do appreciate that handling during delivery can sometimes cause damage.

Hi Martyn

We take great care to package all of our products using standardised packing procedures designed to protect them during transit. While this is generally very effective, we do rely on our delivery partners to handle each package with the same level of care, and we're sorry this doesn't appear to have happened with your order.

If your print has been damaged, please email photographs of both the print and the packaging to sales@mediastorehouse.com. We'll be happy to review the damage and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible 🙂

Our 525-piece puzzles are produced in a compact format, so the pieces are smaller than those of a standard jigsaw. Our aim is to provide clear and detailed product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website to help customers make informed decisions and we encourage all our customers to review this information before purchasing. High-resolution files are supplied as provided by the original source and are not edited prior to printing and we strive to accurately represent the original artwork in our products, preserving their artistic character and authenticity.

We are very sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged and apologise for the frustration this has caused.

We would like to investigate this matter and resolve it for you as quickly as possible. To help our quality control team assess the issue, could you please email (sales@mediastorehouse.com) photographs of the damage, along with images of the packaging and the order number? Photos taken on a mobile phone are perfectly acceptable.

Once we receive the images, we will review the issue promptly and advise on the appropriate resolution. At this stage, there is no need to return the item.
