Easy ordering and delivery with updates given. The print itself was very nice and as shown online. No problems - such as damage.
I would have liked the print to be titled. It is a gift and would like the recipient to understand the relevance of the subject matter, rather than explain it separately.

Very poor quality
I ordered a "museum quality" print of a painting. The "museum quality" print had muddy colors and many of the figure's faces had either blurry features or no facial features at all. Whoever is creating these prints is doing a terrible job. I returned the print for a refund.

As explained in our direct message, fine art prints can vary in appearance due to the age and condition of the original artwork. All our prints are professionally produced using pigment-based inks, providing an accurate representation of the original, though they may appear softer or differently textured than photo prints.
We aim to ensure high-resolution prints suitable for their size, but factors like viewing distance and the nature of the artwork can affect perceived clarity. We apologise this print fell short and appreciate you returning it for a refund.

Stuffed my order.up lied about cropping.gave me half a phot whichbi payed hundreds of dollars forthen phew every made up excuse on the planet to avoid giving me my money back.theae people are appauling at customer service and jave no knowledge of the law.they distance themsleves through the Internet to avoid communication and don't bother ringing the phone number it's a lie.
