I have been using miab for the last 7 years and I am never disappointed in there customer service.
Today it was the lovely Jacqui who helped sort my renewal out. It was all done very quickly and in a friendly and professional manner from Jacqui.

I can’t thank Tracey enough for her outstanding support. After trying several places without luck, she steeped in handles everything with professionalism and real commitment. She secured my nursing indemnity insurance within days, kept me updated throughout, and made the whole process stress-free. Truly exceptional service.

Tracey has always ensured that my policies and insurance have been submitted in a timely manner. I would say from experience that she goes above and beyond what I would usually expect and has helped me significantly with the administrative tasks in the applications. I have just renewed with MIAB for a second year, I have found their processes seamless and easy. Providers have accepted my insurance and cover, therefore it provides a good level of cover and is appropriate for my line of work. I am very satisfied with MIAB and hope I can continue to renew with them year on year.

I have just renewed my pharmacist prescriber indemnity insurance through MIAB for the second year running and once again the service has been excellent.

We have two types of insurance that were up for renewal. Both Billie Connor and Ricky were really helpful with the first one in January and Billie has again helped sort out the other policy. She responded quicky and we got in sorted out in a couple of days.

I dealt with a consultant called Ellen Bell, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Ellen explained the policy in a manner that i could understand it fully and apply it to our needs.
I'm very grateful and appreciate of the service received.
