Purchase of dumb bells

Items delivered in record time at minimal cost, good quality, and son happy, I did however expect a small discount to no avail otherwise delighted.

weights are fine/branding rubbed off
The weights are fine. But the writing has smeared over a couple of sessions, which makes them look messy and cheap.

First ever order with Mirafit ,
I was excited to receive my pair of 35 kg Dumbbells and Curl bar and weight set .
Imagine my disappointment to receive only one 35kg dumbbell and find the bar missing from the Curl bar weight set .
In fairness the reply to my email was quick .
Apparently they send the order in multiple consignments.
Really?
Who sends out 1 dumbbell from a pair?
Who also thinks it's great logic to send a curl bar set with the bar missing?
I'm actually lost for words with this sort of stupidity.
I would completely understand receiving the dumbbells one day and then a few days later the curl bar weight set .
So as it stands I can't use anything I've received.
I think its time to look at your delivery Mirafit.
Update,
The other half on my order arrived a week later, apparently it got lost in transit,
I will point out that Roshan was excellent at keeping me informed and chasing things, and I am very happy with the quality of the weights.
It just puts me off ordering again as delivery is such a lottery.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the delivery process, I do understand your frustrations but have to point out that the partial delivery you have received is normal and we do advise this on our website as well as your dispatch email.
The 35kg dumbbells are in separate boxes so they can be delivered via standard courier, they would be too heavy to move otherwise.
I have looked at the delivery tracking and can see the remaining items are on course to be with you within the delivery timeframe we advise on.
I will reach out to you shortly to further explain the tracking and update you on the remaining items.
