[M-K-I MEE-YOU-KEY ZO-KU] MKI takes their name from a youth tribe formed during the summer of ’64 in Ginza, Japan. Names after their storefront loitering on Miyuki Street, the Miyuki-Zoku were the first Japanese to adopt Ivy League style. The group (Zoku) created mass hysteria amongst the conservative population, with their forward thinking attitude and revolutionary style of dress; the streetwear of its time. The MKI Team continue to ta inspiration from the ideology the Miyuki-Zoku was founded upon, channelling the groups attitude toward fashion, styling and culture; in turn cultivating a new age community. We encourage customers to give our T&C's a read over before placing an order with us. Our returns policy is stated under 'Returns and Exchange Policy' in our T&C section of our website/app. Customers have 14 days to request a return, then a following 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Upon investigating our emails, we can see no point of contact from yourself regarding your return issue. We are happy to offer solutions other than a refund, if a customer is to contact us.

My parcel did not come from Saturday still waiting . No communication from email I sent. I paid £12 for next day delivery for my son birthday present, extremely disappointed and now Monday and stilll no parcel???

We noted your order at 10:33pm on Friday evening, for a Saturday delivery. Our cut-off for next-day delivery is 2:00p.m, which is stated on the website in the shipping section.
Any orders placed between Friday 2.01pm – Monday morning, fall into Monday’s shipping, for next-day delivery, on Tuesday.
Our customer service email isn’t monitored during weekends, and you should have received an auto-notification in response to your email outlining this.

I brought the MKI V2 SHELL HOODED JACKET IN BLACK. My reason was for the WATERPROOF and WINDPROOF functionalities which was highly needed for the wet windy outdoor conditions in the countrysides.

Delivery took 9 days
My order was next day delivery but ended up being 9 days in the end. So wish I never paid for that in the end.
Customer support were lovely and great none the less

Fabric Lost Shape - Uniform Joggers
Bought the £70 joggers in pigment black but after a couple of uses the fabric stretches out, which happens most at the knee and seat but is general throughout. It looks pretty terrible as the knees bag out, deffo can't wear outside!
Washing pulls the fabric back but literally a couple hours wear and it bags out again, joggers look shapeless. I would expect much more from a premium jogger.
I did contact customer service about this they didn't want to do anything wouldn't help, they just refunded postage and left it there.
Find better joggers elsewhere, I've since tried other brands and not had the same issue so far.

Good little bit of kit. Looks good, feels good. I'd probably rename it to the 'Week bag' because I think you could potentially stick a 20kg suitcase inside the bag and it wouldn't stick out.
