Delivery was exceedingly fast and easy and was great being able to shop the entire range online vs only select lines in retailers. You have a loyal customer in me.

Very comfortable and high quality
The quality and style are well done, even though it is heavy it does feel comfortable when wearing. The workmanship at inside neck could be improved, more clean (zipper tape visible, loose threats around neckline) but overall I am very satisfied with this great style!

Bought MKI clothing from Flannels but thought I would try the app directly. Easy to navigate got delivery within 2 days of ordering no hassle. Also the clothing for the price is very good quality. Definitely recommended

Horrible experience with shipping/support
I ordered 2 pieces of clothing from mki, looks of them is great, quality 8/10 (I found some incorrections, but not worth return). My bad experience started with shipping, it was 20£ but that’s not the problem. Mki send my package as not paid customs fee, though on their website it’s says above 150£ mark they ship as paid customs. I got 80£ customs fee from UPS and after contacting them (we had 9 emails) they simply said that’s theirs system fault but not theirs problem, returned me 24£ of 80£ fee I paid and stopped responding me back. It’s absurd to me how company can treat a customer who spent not a little money on clothes, admitting their guilt but running away from responsibility.

Excellent service, from ordering to delivery (delivered within 30 hours of placing order). Slightly disappointed that the Uniform hoodie and t-shirt are different shades of navy and don’t completely match. Great materials used though, feel very comfortable.

Our returns process is done via an online portal, where we provide customers with an Evri returns label to send back an item.
If customers use our provided label and return the item for a refund, a charge is deducted from the refund to cover the label cost. Alternatively, customers may choose to send the item back via a courier of their choice and a full refund is provided.
If a customer chooses to send back an item for an exchange, we provide free labels and send the new item out with free shipping.

Evri are a crap courier company and steal items. If the item does turn up I will be sending back.
