I decided to place my first order after seeing the brand’s social media campaigns and checking out their website, which looked pretty impressive. The delivery was fast, so that’s definitely a positive! However, the product quality was a bit of a letdown.
I ordered a pair of bottoms, and when I unwrapped them, I noticed loose fabric and cotton bits in the packaging, making it look like the item had been hastily finished at the factory. The overall finish just wasn’t up to the standard I expected, especially for the price.
On the other hand, the gloves I ordered were a nice surprise. While they’re a bit pricey for what they are, I can tell they’re well-made, and I’ll keep them for now.
Overall, I’m on the fence. I’m not happy with the bottoms, but I might give the brand another shot in the future. Just hoping for better quality control next time.

Modest packaging
Just got my 1st delivery from MKI -a jacket, it’s a gift for my husband- as a feedback, It would be great if the transparent ziplock plastic bag where you put the clothes had your brand on it at least, so It won’t feel like a random store purchase, specially for people who got them for a gift… I honestly wasn’t expecting such modest packaging from this clothing brand. Fast shipping, a great customer service. I had an issue regarding my delivery not being done correctly due to the driver. They had the issue resolved and a replacement sent out straight away.

Good although not as expected
I got the scarf on time for christmas, and the package was intact. The product seems of good quality, fitting the description except it looks more beige coloured than white unlike what's shown in the photo with the model, it caught me off guard but the quality is there.

Coat looks more synthetic than the listing photos. It’s very shiny. And the fabric doesn’t resemble Alpaca fleece in anyway shape or form.
It’ll be returned.
And be aware.
It’ll cost you £14 to get it delivered and returned.

Love the style and service of this brand. Your staff were super helpful at the Leeds store and guided me to online where I’ve acquired a very nice pair of the Tencel trousers. I have not received them yet but I’m excited to get and wear them of course. Unfortunately they were not available in medium size which I’m normally wearing but I’m told the small should still fit me and are elasticated at the top, so let’s see but I trust the advice and will be buying more MKI in the future.

no real care or empathy for customer
I had a 10% voucher and used it for 1 item. I then bought 2 more pretty much at the asme time and contacted the company to see if the same 10% could be appied and they refused to help, really disappointing. No empathy or care from customer service, they pretty much advised me to sling my hook. Nice!

I got the MKI TRANSLUCENT DIAMOND…
I got the MKI TRANSLUCENT DIAMOND jacket and i got to say the quality of the jacket isn’t good in my opinion im used to my down jacket losing feathers but at this price point its kinda crazy how bad it is. I think a brand like this should focus more on the quality of clothes.

Decent selection but lack QC
Bought during the Black Friday sale for the 1st time from this store and I was kinda disappointed in the lack of QC and quality of materials used in their products. Their clothes had many loose threads both inside and on the exterior. And 2 of my 3 items had holes already due to its poor stitching.
The only thing I can recommend is their translucent bubble jacket. I wouldn’t buy their other items, even if hugely discounted.

Price point and quality is way off. Just received my puffer jacket and it’s got loads of loose thread, the puff is non existent compared to the photos and there’s already small feather coming out. Only thing good was the quick shipping

Evri courier left parcel on floor
The Evri courier left the parcel on the floor in front of the letterboxes on a busy apartment building while the intended recipient (my brother) was out. I have contacted Evri but have no way of knowing if my parcel was safely picked up or if it has been stolen.
