Lady on phone was very helpful and dealt with the situation I found my self in .the only thing I would say is £151 for next day delivery is very expensive but I had no choice but to pay it

Brilliant service
The whole experience was excellent, from initial contact to discuss requirements to arriving at latitude and the scooter was there ready and waiting for me.
The scooter was perfect for the terrain and really easy to handle.
Will definitely be hiring from you again.

Ordering very easy
Ordering very easy, spoke to three different ladies all ver helpfully & knowledgable, the delivery guy ‘I think Nigel’ again knew what he was doing, made the whole experience easy.
Not having done this before, my wife coming out of hospital not able to handle the stairs, completely rearrange our dining room, apart from dealing with her health issue, not a easy for us to deal with, so the bed issue has made life a lot easier.

Lovely staff, nice chair
Difficult to choose mobility aids by phone with no pictures but sorted with no problems. Kind and helpful delivery driver also made it all easy. I didn't really understand the terms of the hire but that's me being thick!
Very nice good quality chair, will probably convert my hire to a purchase

No delivery slot given as promised
The hire was effectively arranged for the next day However, I was told I would be given a 2 hour delivery slot, but this didn’t happen. This was very inconvenient since I was arranging this from another country and needed a arrange to have someone wait in on my behalf.
