Only delivered half my order
Only delivered half my order. Door and side panels frames delivered but missing the side panels and glazing. When I contacted to find out what had happened with the rest of my order I was asked to proved photographic evidence, which I did within 15 minutes. I was told someone will get back to me once reviewed, they didn't. I chased this daily for the next few days to be told someone else was dealing with it and they'll be in contact. Again never did they contact me first. After around a week of this I was informed there was a 'manufacturing issue' with my order so they didn't dispatch all of it! I was then told once it was re-manufactured (another week wait) i would have to wait another 3 weeks for them to deliver it. Communication about this from the moment delivery was made (partly anyway) was absolutely terrible. The only time I ever got a response to any questions was via email which was very slow at best.
I can't comment yet on quality but from what I have seen so far it seems okay, but I am yet to install said door as I am awaiting the remaining parts so who knows.
Overall pretty poor service, quick to take your money, slow to deliver your products.

Unfortunately, a quality control issue was identified with part of your order during our final checks, which meant we were unable to dispatch those items alongside the rest of your delivery. Whilst we appreciate how disappointing this was, we would never knowingly send out products that hadn't passed our quality checks.
That said, we fully acknowledge that our communication throughout this process should have been better. You shouldn't have had to repeatedly chase us for updates, and we're sorry that we didn't keep you properly informed of the situation.
We understand how frustrating these delays can be, particularly when you're waiting to complete an installation. Please be assured that the issue was identified in the interest of ensuring you receive products that meet our quality standards.

Perfect from design / online order through to delivery (even including last minute changes) at much less than local manufacturers. Our builder now recommends the company to other clients at least one of whom have ordered as well.

No checks at despatch
We ordered two windows and a door, the three handles were all different colours. The privacy glass in the door was round the opposite way from the windows.
Company has not accepted any meaningful responsibility or willingness to rectify.
I have to pay to have their mistakes corrected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with certain aspects of your order, however, we feel it's important to clarify a few points.
We fully acknowledged that the incorrect colour window handles had been supplied, due to human error and were happy to rectify this immediately. Fortunately, replacing the handles is a very straightforward process, requiring just two screws to be removed from each handle. Whilst we accept responsibility for the incorrect handles, we did not feel that the £130–£180 reimbursement requested for this work was reasonable.
Regarding the privacy glass, as previously explained, there is no industry-wide standard specifying which way obscure glass must face. Our composite door slab supplier fits their glass units in a different orientation to us (for the UPVC frames), which does not constitute a manufacturing fault. As our window glass is supplied loose for installation, it should be fitted to match the orientation of the door glass.
We do take genuine errors seriously and always aim to resolve them fairly and reasonably. Whilst we appreciate your disappointment, we don't feel it's accurate to suggest that we've been unwilling to acknowledge or address your concerns.

Arrived in good condition and specced exactly as requested. All measurements within 1-2mm. Wpild absolutely use again.
Remember if buying a large composite door, they are incredibly heavy and the delivery driver will need strong help.
