Modern UPVC Windows Opiniões

Great quality French doors and again great quality Composite Front door. Really good service, kept up to date regarding delivery. Customer service has been good when I've needed to ring.

Really good quality and excellent service

Great quality door great communication would definitely use them again when we need a back door

Great product, delivered with care and was easy to fit with great finish.

Only delivered half my order. Door and side panels frames delivered but missing the side panels and glazing. When I contacted to find out what had happened with the rest of my order I was asked to proved photographic evidence, which I did within 15 minutes. I was told someone will get back to me once reviewed, they didn't. I chased this daily for the next few days to be told someone else was dealing with it and they'll be in contact. Again never did they contact me first. After around a week of this I was informed there was a 'manufacturing issue' with my order so they didn't dispatch all of it! I was then told once it was re-manufactured (another week wait) i would have to wait another 3 weeks for them to deliver it. Communication about this from the moment delivery was made (partly anyway) was absolutely terrible. The only time I ever got a response to any questions was via email which was very slow at best.
I can't comment yet on quality but from what I have seen so far it seems okay, but I am yet to install said door as I am awaiting the remaining parts so who knows.

Overall pretty poor service, quick to take your money, slow to deliver your products.

Great service and excellent quality doors and windows!!! The process was smooth n all went well.

Perfect from design / online order through to delivery (even including last minute changes) at much less than local manufacturers. Our builder now recommends the company to other clients at least one of whom have ordered as well.

Competitively priced, good quality products, polite delivery drivers - a professional outfit - I've used them twice and can recommend.

We ordered two windows and a door, the three handles were all different colours. The privacy glass in the door was round the opposite way from the windows.
Company has not accepted any meaningful responsibility or willingness to rectify.
I have to pay to have their mistakes corrected.

Well made windows and doors. Easy to fit and looks good also quick delivery.

Easy to use website, great product

Arrived on time, good quality, easy to fit, look great.

Quality product, delivered in a reasonable good time

Everything was as ordered, no mistakes or confusion.
Highly recommend

The website could have been more transparent on delivery dates before booking. I’ve not fitted them yet but they look ok 👍

Arrived in good condition and specced exactly as requested. All measurements within 1-2mm. Wpild absolutely use again.

Remember if buying a large composite door, they are incredibly heavy and the delivery driver will need strong help.

Reliable friendly knowledgeable and good quality windows
I have ordered four times from them
I love them!

Good price, quality, and services. The only thing that could be improved is the delivery speed.

I've used this company several times to supply windows for extensions I have built for my customers. They are always easy to deal with, and helpful if you have a query.
