I don’t know why Monster Pet Supplies were quick to take my money on 11th October but have not sent my order, given me any updates as to why or even responded to my various emails!!! I have used Monster Pet Supplies in the past and they were always helpful and prompt with delivery’s,
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication I have received this time!

I have used them for a while now and they have been excellent. However I can no longer contact them. Their website is down and no one answers the phone.

Easy to use website. Great range of cat products. Competitively priced, with discounts. Fantastic customer service and good ordering/delivery options/times. Safe, secure, well packaged product delivery. Would definitely recommend to others.

The previous reviews must have been before Monster Pet Supplies ceased trading, owing money or products to many people, including myself. Their telephone lines and website unavailable.

Order didn't arrive, and nobody available to speak to on the phone. It also appears that I have now been blocked by them. Surprised really as monster pet supplies has fairly good reviews but in my experience I have basically lost a 50 pound order because no one will get back to me in any way.

Paid for dog food hasn’t come tried chasing them. No answer and website seems to have disappeared.
Don’t trust them please. We’re out of pocket now.

What is going on?i have not received my order the website is down and they do not have anyone available to take your call and I have not received a response to my email???????

Absolutely appalling

They've taken my money on a repeat order due 11/10/2023 and I've heard nothing since.

No delivery.
No website available.
No answer to emails
No answer to twitter
No one available on the phone

STILL NO PRODUCT DELIVERED

I want a refund but i cant get hold of anyone.

My order for skin and coat care was faulty so returned as requested.Have not received a refund or any response to 3 e mails> Will not be using them ever again!

Placed an order for over £130 on 9th October due on 13th October, no one answering calls and no reply to emails. Looks like they’ve gone under and keeping customers money.

Be careful with this company and check if you have any orders with them which have not arrived. An item I ordered never arrived and I was told on 3rd October I would be issued a refund in 3-5 working days. 15 working days later, there is no refund, no responses to emails, no one answering calls and their website has been 'down for maintenance' since last week.

Seems like they have potentially gone bust and are keeping funds from customers.

Order placed on 6th october and i've still not received it with the estimated delivery date of 12th october far gone. I have emailed customer support and had no response. i've paid £5 for delivery for something i needed quickly, so not happy at all.

Used this company a fews times but my last order they took payment but my order has not been delivered, don’t answer the phone or emails, let down this time, usually good service.

I ordered an item to be sent every 8 weeks. It hasn't been dispatched 9 days later and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, it cuts out and says "I am sorry there is no available agent"
I have emailed customer service and received no response, then I see the website is down. I've raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

Didn’t receive our order so contacted them for refund I was sent an email at once apologising and promised a refund within 3-5 days that was on 3rd October still waiting and no response from email!!!!

Ordered online 9th Oct 2023. Email states delivery 13th Oct. Its now 18th Oct.
I've emailed them, no reply
I've called them daily, no answer (as though phone line is dead, says no one to take call)
I've tried to contact on facebook and Instagram, guess what, NO REPLY!!!!
DO NOT BUY I THINK THEY MUST OF GONE INTO LIQUIDATION!!!!
They have taken my money with not one email. I'm owed £40.99!!!!!!

This company are robbing people, I orderd two items worth 57 pound they don't answer any of the emails I have sent and the phone line states there is no body there to take your call, so this must be every day as I have rang 5 days in row. This has been going on for three weeks. Do not use this company as you will be ripped off. I'm going to have to sort it with my bank to get my money back. Disgraceful customer service, doesn't even deserve the one star. I don't believe any of these of 5 star reviews. Do not use this company avoid at all costs!!

Placed an order of £127.74 on 7th October with and estimated delivery date 13th October. Money was taken out of my account on 9th October.

Delivery did not arrive on the estimated delivery date.

Contacted the company on happytohelp@monster..... on Monday 16th October asking for an update - NO reply.

On 17th October went to the website to find another email address or telephone number to be greeted with a message saying "Monster Pet Supplies is currently down for maintenance".

Tried calling the business on 0113 277 0634 as according to Google their website state:

Call the Monster Customer Happiness Team on 0113 277 0634. we're here for you from 9am to 6pm, monday to friday. have questions? prefer to order by phone? give us a call on 0113 277 0634, we'll be happy to help.

I have called this number at different times over the past few days and have had no luck - the pre-recorded message informed me that there are NO agents to take the call.

So NO one is answering my emails, there is NO one picking up the phone and I am over £100 out of pocket!

£116 order should have arrived last Saturday. Tried to phone and email them on Mon. Tues and today. Checked their website today, down for "maintenance" so looked here, only to find I'm far from being alone in the boat.

Have contacted my bank to get my money back, fingers crossed.

Has this business closed down? I placed order 5th October they took payment but I've received no goods , despite several emails and phonecalls to company carnt get any response and website says down for maintenance for days now , I've asked for refund but no response?
