The website was easy to
use and very well laid out. My products arrived 2 days earlier than stated and was well packaged and was delivered with care.

Purchase elsewhere rubbish service
I think there service is complete rubbish.
Ordered 4 days ago paid a lot for postage and still with the appalling royal mail who aren't on strike.
Send your items with a decent courier when the customer pays so much for postage!! Shameful

Hasn’t turned up or had any indication …
Hasn’t turned up or had any indication of when it will be delivered and despite phoning several times no response from customer service.
Normally you would receive a delivery up date.
It takes a long time to deliver, over 7 days and now I’ve had to go to a supermarket, defeating the object.
There was no indication that there was a problem with the delivery and we are going on holiday and we’re leaving the food and the litter with neighbours as well as the flea treatment
UNRELIABLE AND NO ONE RESPONDS TO QUERIES
