I am beyond frustrated with my purchase of the Emily Choice Moona Bra and feel compelled to share my experience to warn other potential buyers. This product is a prime example of misleading marketing and abysmal customer service.
From the moment I tried it on, it was clear this bra offers absolutely no support. Despite claims of a "2x wider underband" for improved bust support, it is completely useless. My bust felt as unsupported as if I wasn't wearing a bra at all. The material is incredibly flimsy and stretchy, which contributes to the complete lack of support.
Furthermore, the design flaws are glaring. The shoulder straps are excessively long and unadjustable; this, combined with their flimsy, stretchy nature, makes it impossible to get any lift or stability. The bra's claim to "correct your posture" is laughable; with such a flimsy back and shoulder strap design, it could not possibly provide any postural support. It’s essentially a thin piece of fabric with no functional purpose.
The most egregious issue, however, is the company's deceptive return policy and satisfaction guarantee. The Emily Choice website prominently displays a "45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – Easy exchange, return, and refund policy" and explicitly states, "No sale is ever final (including clearance sales)."
Believing this, I attempted to return the bras the day after I received them, only to be met with a shocking contradiction. I was informed by the customer support team at Emily Choice that "According to our policy, the return/refund policy only applies for defective manufacturer or shipping defects."; however, they did offer me a refund of 10% of my cost. This directly contradicts their advertised guarantee, fails to deliver on its core promises, and the offer of a mere 10% refund is insulting.
In summary, the Emily Choice Moona Bra is a waste of money. It provides no support, is poorly designed, and the company's return policy is misleading and unhelpful. Save your money and look elsewhere for a bra that actually delivers on its promises and comes from a company with integrity.

I ordered Moona bras 3 weeks ago, received the order and they do not fit properly even though they are the right size they do not fit my body and bust properly. I asked for a return and refund but was told they do not refund and offered a 10% refund plus 10.00$ off next purchase. I will no longer buy bras online. The price of the bras were in US dollars, I am Canadian, therefore I paid the exchange the bras cost 53.$ Canadian. I do not accept a voucher or a 10% refund. Now they tell me the cost of returning the bras to Viet Nam are expensive so they advise that i do not return the bras. I am very dissappointed in this company called, Emilychoice, I think it is a scam company. Please do not buy from this comany.

Order a 34C Moona Bra for seniors on 5-29-25. I had to contact them twice before it showed being shipped. I received a 2XL on 6-11-25. This is a size for a 38/42 band and D cup. Way too big! Have emailed them-no answer. When I tried to contact them on their site, it said that it was still in processing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!

Ordered 2 bras over a month ago. Called and was told they haven't left the warehouse. Called a week and number disconnected. Had to get bank notified in case of fraud!!! Poor service and unreliable company!!!!

I don't remembering ordering these 2 Bras. Plus No receipt in Bag. They are to small - Meduim would of been better. No phone # on your website

i have had no contact from this company , no order number, no tracking. all i know is they took my money and i've got nothing. i am an aged pensioner and i can;t afford to give money for nothing, if you are not going to supply my order then do the right thing and refund my money back on my debit card

These bras are the worst. You get what you pay for. They are not even close to being the right size. What they advertise as good for seniors is just another ripoff for seniors. Not true to size and the color wasn’t even right. I live on a fixed income and I was throughly disappointed.

For one thing, I should have checked into where this bra was made and shipped from. I understood from the ad, that a "grandmother" invented this. It took a very long time to receive and have NO IDEA HOW TO RETURN.. I have arthritis in my hand and this was very difficult to unsnap and then snap.

This is some cheap junk from China. I ordered bras from moona bras in a 40C and what I got was way too small about a 36B. No way to return this or exchange it. $44.91 wasted!!! I am all done ordering from places that are not known American companies. Maybe I can find a 4th grade girl to use them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Concept is good. But after a few hours the piece of material under the cups is riding under your boobs.

They keep trying to steal money from me. First £29.99 on 4 occasions, then £18 on another 4 occasions. Thankfully I read the reviews here and blocked the payments before they could be taken. This is a huge scam.

What's my problem??! You have no way to communicate. I did all the jumping through hoops to just exchange my bra for a larger size and then they say "we'll get to that later" what!? When, how? I need this bra now. Because I want to return it & not take their partial refund (I have no use for a bra that's too small) they won't tell me how to return it

The bra didn’t fit. I contacted customer service and was told they have no record of me ordering, meanwhile l ordered with PayPal. The claimed l didn’t buy it from them, but l received an email that went to my junk mail that the item was shipped. They made me take a picture with a T-shirt on and remeasured which made me feel uncomfortable. After all that they said they could only give me 10% back. Do not order from them. Their customer service is horrible. I have PayPal looking into this matter. BUYER BEWARE

The bra is uncomfortable. The straps are too short for me. Would be nice if they were adjustable. Fit isn't that great and took forever to receive it

My wifeI received her bras on Saturday. She ordered a 34 G or F and you sent her a L. There is no cup at all. It’s just flat. The bra is just too big around and her breasts just fall down under the bra. This is a scam and we are so sick of the China crap that is being allowed to be falsely advertised as a wonderful bra. There is no support at all. She might as well have on a T-shirt. She wants to return these bras and get our money refunded immediately if not sooner.
