I received the bras ordered but the fit is terrible. No cup shaping at all. Package came with no paperwork and I never received a confirming email of the order. Trying to return for refund. Fingers crossed. Caveat emptor.

This company is a scam. I’m not sure how but they managed to start a subscription and take £69 out of my account today. I didn’t make any transactions or interactions with anything this company has to offer. You can’t get in touch to customer service, the phone number is fake and the website is impossible to use.
Avoid this company.

Terrible product!! I would have rated it a zero, but that wasn't an option. Not only was it made like garbage, but there wasn't a bit of printed information included with the product, nothing. On the bra itself the size sewn on it was printed in Chinese. I couldn't even check whether the size was correct because of this. The front had no 'cup', or fitted area; I can't imagine a full-bodied women wearing this. I ordered a "32" band, when I usually comfortably wear a 34, and still the back was very loose. Terrible. Don't order this!

Flimsy materials, did not fit, instead of refunding total amount, said to keep and I would get 70% refund!:( and I was to give them to someone, which I won't as they are garbage!!! Bad customer service, and said it best to do this as it would take weeks to get my refund if I returned them and I would have to pay shipping to return them.Never buy them!!!

They illegally stole money from my bank account, Luckily after I reported this, The Fraud Team From My Bank Investigated MOONA and I got a full refund from my bank.
The first and only time I used moona was when I placed an order from magicbox I contacted moona and I unsubscribed from moona, as I then noticed I would also get a yearly bill from moona, so after I had unsubscribed from moona I also cancelled my order from magicbox and magicbox gave me my purchase refund, therefore I would not be billed by moona ever again,
I received a message from moona a year later stating I will be billed there yearly fee, this Is when again I contacted moona several times i also I spoke to a moona adviser when I phoned moona, this moona agent told me I would not be billed as I had already unsubscribed from moona, yet moona went ahead and still stole my.money from my bank account, i contacted my bank they investigated this and I won the case and my bank gave me my stolen money back to me,
I also contact the company who was using moona who was magicbox, magicbox regarding my stolen money by moona, magicbox said they were also going contact moona regarding my money being stolen from me.
So moona definitely cannot be a trusted company.

Con con do not be fooled by this I have had a lump sum of £69.00 taken from my bank account which I can't afford it's put me into my over draft please don't use moona they are scammers tried to phone the number but the number doesn't exist any more and I have no way of contacting them AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I was signed up to this service when buying a pair of trainers and saw in the order confirmation that the payment was done using Moona. I had to look it up as I received nothing from them to confirm I had been subscribed and I had no idea what it was. I tried to cancel and the link on their website wouldn't work, the phone number kept showing as invalid when I tried to ring it and I waited more than 10 minutes for a response from their webchat service. I then emailed them to cancel and got a response saying that I had cancelled after the trial period ended, however the trial is supposed to be 7 days and it was less than 48 hours ago I bought the trainers. Exceptionally bad service, an absolute scam!

Bought a coffee machine and used Moona to get £5 off. Seemed too good to be true, but it was genuine and saved me £5, which I really appreciated. Subscribing wasn't for me and the cancellation process was very easy. Good customer service

I've tried the service, decided it was not for me and found extremely easy to cancel within the trial period.

I was few months later contacted by someone to ask what made me cancel my subscription and the person was very kind, not at all intrusive nor pushy and simply accepted my feedback without trying to change my mind.
