Avoid fraud
Avoid! Ordered boots from tower london shoes, never seen anthing about moona, get a call from fraud department on my card as moona showed up on card for membership, turns out they charge you about £29 pounds every month, have had to cancel my card and raised as fraud, will also never shop at tower london again

Like so many others I have been paying 29.99 for months without being notified of any agreement between Moona and myself, and can’t even remember any benefit. Very disappointing, and there’s something suspect about the total contrast between Excellent ratings and all the others, plus the exact same responses to negative ratings.
