Beware - high monthly charge (£30) not made clear in click-box sign-up
There is a high monthly charge (£30) which is not made at all clear in the promotional material. For one purchase in November (a Moona click box gave me a £5 discount), I ended up paying over £200 in monthly charges for a service I never again used.
Yes I should have checked the paperwork better, but like many of you, we lead busy lives.

I am furious with this service!
I am furious with this service. They have been taking money out of my account since November of 2021 without my consent and are refusing to refund me my full amount. I have never used their services and have not received a single email from them. Once calling and explaining my confusion and concerns I was told it was my own fault. When trying to cancel "my membership" non of my details were even recognised as an account! I am a student trying to support and live by myself so the total of £209.93 that has been taken out of my bank account would have been useful for living.

I noticed that I have been debited for the last 3 months by Moona, not know what this was for I had to back track and work this out. When I realised it was for a subscription, for £29.99 a month, this did not make sense. After seeing the reviews on trust Pilot I realised that I had been scammed like many others. I bought a pair of shoes from Tower London and was offered a discount. And no where did it clearly state that I was signing up for a subscription for £29.00 a month, that is just ludicrous. I would like to be refunded asap, and am considering taking this further if it is not resolved in a timely manner.

Total scam, Beware!
I had, like other reviewers, purchased shoes from tower london. I saw this option for a £5 discount while checking out and clicked it, (looks like an inhouse offer) and totally non suspicious. Afterwards i got this email saying i had made this payment and something about a moona membership with no clear terms or charges hidden within it which i mistakenly ignored, dunno how ethical it is to put you on this membership without your permission or any declaration or consent. Today i find they have deducted £29 from my account, and I then realised that I was actually a member and paying this insane amount for the £5 discount. I have cancelled this memerbship now immediately. It's a total scam and a blatant violation of you consumer rights and totally unethical. Dont know how they are allowed to carry on this practice without objection and no clear terms or conditions. Totally designed to scam people into making this mistake that they are banking on. Going to dispute this deduction! Beware!

Moona resolved the issue below immediately - faith restored, not a product for me but great Customer Service to resolve.
Spend £30 to save £5. Last minute pull in on a website to save a £5er. Of course it will be in the T's and C's to protect them but absolutely ridiculous. Could you make it pay for itself - possibly? Do people who sign up realise what they are getting in to? No. I also hugely question the review spread on here...

There is no clear message you are signing up to give money away monthly I only bought one item and just thought I had paid when I contacted chat room had a very rude young woman suggesting I didn't read things properly be aware please check or you end up paying money monthly without realising
