Beware of what you are doing on this site
I, like other reviewers, am appalled by this company. I wasn’t aware that I had signed up for anything. Meanwhile I have been paying £29.99 a month. This is such a con on the back of a £5.00 discount.

Not clear or straightforward
I ticked a box but they are very unclear at the point of your first purchase that this is a subscription service to buy discounts.
They take 29,99 this month for a few discounts.
Then i received another sign up for what i can only suppose is arelated company selling 90 day returnable guarentees - no thanks -

Moona is untrustworthy
I was purchasing some slippers when a box popped up and asked if I’d like £5 discount. I said yes as I thought it was from the company I was buying from. I didn’t realise until the following month when Moona took £29.99 from my bank account, that I’d signed up to their ‘scheme’. I was furious, at them and myself for being taken in and contacted them by email and asked for a refund minus the £5 discount and I told them to take me off their membership. This month another £29.99 has been taken from my account. They obviously took no notice - I am now contacting the bank to try and stop further payments - be warned!

unreliable company
I don’t know how it happened I probably bought something on the internet and they got my details. I have never signed up for it! They have taken 29,99 this month. They said I could have their service until next month but I just want a refund since I didn't sign up for that service!!
