This company are fantastic! My son bought a toy using his pocket money and unfortunately it was missing a part. I emailed them and they responded immediately and went well above and beyond to sort the issue. This is exactly the customer service that is missing from so many places so I will absolutely recommend them 100000%

My experience so far with Moose Toys is very positive. Their customer services is very responsive. I emailed them about accessories that my kiddo lost and they told me that they can just send me the missing accessories. I had to pay postage but that was no problem considering the toy is no longer in production.

I lost some of the letters in my Bananagrams game so I contacted Moose Toys to see if they could help with replacements. The levels of customer service was amazing. In the modern world, it's so refreshing to deal with a company who still value their customers over simple profits. Well done Moose Toys. Great service.

After a few weeks of saving for it, I was able to purchase their king hydra toys from my local Walmart for my four year old son. I had opened the package for him and gave it to him in the back seat, except by the time I had gotten home the inside of the toy was a gooey mess and
all over the back seat of my jeep! It has since stained my seats and interior plastic and I haven't been able to remove it. I reached out to moose toys about the defective toy, after trying to exchange it where I purchased it from. They said that they'd send out a replacement, along with some free toys for my son for the inconvenience. Except when I received the box in the mail about three weeks later, all that was in the box was the accessories for King Hydra, but not the actual toy. Nor did they send any promotional toys for him either. I had him so excited, awaiting that box for three weeks. Just to open it and find just the belt and a sword for the toy we had already thrown away, to avoid any further messes in the house or car. So, needless to say, I'm out about fifty bucks and just ended up with a belt and a three pronged sword that I don't have the toy for. Not to mention a very upset four year old, who waited three weeks for nothing. I've since decided not to purchase any more of their toys for my two little ones, which honestly has been disappointing because my four year old had one heck of a collection of the goo characters.

These guys n gals are total legends.

My kids have almost every toy they’ve ever produced and they seem to last well given how much they get played with.

On a recent purchase something went wrong with one of them (the only time it’s happened) and after a very quick exchange with them they sent a brand new one. They didn’t have to, we were out of the warranty but a lovely person at the HQ just sent a new one.

So kind, so human. Really great to deal with a group who give a dam about their customers.

Was gifted a blue water toy for Christmas but hadn’t opened it until June and found a part missing, contacted Moose toys online if there was anything the could do and they was super helpful and managed to find the part that was missing and sent it out to me. Once it arrived I gave it to my little one and she was jumping for joy once she got the missing part. Thank you for all the help

We purchased a toy with parts that can be disassembled. Some of the parts did not fit as securely as we expected based on the other figures in the series. We contacted customer service to explain the problem. The initial reply gave us a few suggestions to fix the problem and asked for a few pics to better understand the problem. Once pictures were submitted, the customer service team sent out a replacement product without issue. I appreciate the care they took with question and the timeliness of their response. I would highly recommend dealing with moose toys.

WOW! Not only do we LOVE the Bluey Games from Moose Toys (they are well-made, fun, and easy to play for 4-6 year olds, but fun for grown-ups too! Oh yeah, and well priced too), but their customer service rocks! On a whim, I contacted them because we lost a piece from the very fun Bluey Shopping Cart game, and not only were they very responsive, they sent me a replacement free of charge. So instead of having to thrown out our game and buy a new one, our sustainably focused family gets to keep enjoying the one we have with little waste.
We are so pleased with this company and are happy to be Moose Toy customers!!
