Sent an email with images of issue on 1st of September still waiting for response. Im disgusted my LG has played with toy once and it has been put away since, she bought out of her money the day before first and last use.

Honestly, I cannot praise this company enough. Their customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced & were very quick to respond.
I reached out for advice regarding the little live pets puppy & they went above & beyond.

Mon fils a eu son jeu de combat en cadeau, malheureusement le lendemain le personnage c'est cassé ... c'est avec beaucoup de joie sur le visage de mon fils que Moosetoys.com a envoyé le meme personnage ainsi qu'un autre en cadeau par voie postale. Le tout gratuitement. Alors oui il faut prouvé la casse, mais cela en vaut la peine.

Le delai de reception est long, mais leur reponse tres rapide, et le sourire n'a pas de delai. Alors encore une fois merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu le sourire à mon fils.

I was very curious if you could collect all waves of xox kweenie in series 3 because i thought it would be easier to buy cases of series 3 at local store rather than hunt all over for waves 1 and 2. I visited moose's site looking for answers and saw contact Im used to companies only having contact for damage. Sent them an email and kinda laughed when it said response in 3 to 5 days but I did get a response in 3 days and every other response i sent them was replied to within that time frame. They were very helpful and the followup was amazing. I have dealt with other toy companies and youre lucky if you get a response you dont have to worry about that with moose. ( just guessed on date as experience took place over more than one day)

We have been fans of Moose Toys since my daughter was born 9 years ago and to this day the company doesn't disappoint in terms of design, durability, and most importantly customer service. We recently bought a clearance toy at Walmart but someone took the play babies and I contacted Moose Toys to save the landfills from returns and send the missing product. Well, not only was the representative kind, respectful and caring, the toy replacement came in under 6 weeks. Whatever the issue that arises, Moose Toys will always be there to help. We will be loyal customers to the end.

Mijn dochter heeft een Magic Mixie cristal ball. Maar nergens meer de handleiding meer te vinden. Waarschijnlijk verdwenen tussen het cadeau papier. Ik hoefde maar een mailtje te sturen en kreeg super snel antwoord met de handleidingen hoe weer verder te kunnen toveren! Super service!

We bought a cookeez makery toy for my daughters birthday off Amazon. When she opened it we discovered the plush toy didn't work. I emailed moose toys directly and they came back to me straight away and sent out a replacement plush toy. The customer service team are brilliant.

I ordered some spare parts for the Bluey scavenger hunt game,as my daughter lost some of hers. I only ordered them last week and they arrived this morning. I was expecting them to take at least 2 weeks with us being in United kingdom. But they only took a week.

Hi, yes, my son and I are new to the Goo Jit Zu action figures, and these toys are great, especially for little ones. We had 2 of our Goo Jit Zu start leaking water, and they were quick to respond and replace both of them for us. Again, thank y’all for helping us and providing these amazing toys.

I have a special little boy who is infatuated with the Mr. Beast alpha lab swarms. I reached out to the Moose toys team in hopes they could help us achieve completing our set by sending me the final three swarms that we were lacking. Well, let me just say, they went above and beyond more than I could ever expect. They sent me a care package with a sweet hand written note, thanking me for my loyalty. What an amazing company. We got the Really Real Puppy Patches for my sons birthday. After two months it stopped working completely. I reached out to Moose Toys and they sent over a replacement for the puppy very quickly. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Moose Toys. My son is so happy that his puppy is talking again!

Reached out to Moosetoys, as my son's akeedo figure that we bought in Japan was getting stuck and unusable. My son was very disappointed as we could not return to the store there, but Moosetoys customer service went above and beyond as one of the major Akeedo distributors to make it right and send us a replacement. Amazing and quick service. Well done.

I purchased a set of Bluey family figures for my Granddaughter but unfortunately one of the figures was slightly damaged.
I contacted moosetoys and after a couple of prompt email exchanges they sent me a replacement set.

We bought a Heroes of Go Jit Zu Jurassic World Velociraptor Blue Moose Brand Toy on Amazon for our 7 year old son who is absolutely obsessed with dinosaurs! Unfortunately the second day, the toy broke, so we contacted Moose Toys. I was so surprised how quickly they responded and that they were going to send a replacement! My son was so happy!! I called moose toys when our mama surprise pet hamster stopped working. They were very receptive, and it was obvious that they were anxious to resolve our problem. They sent us a new hamster and now it works perfectly! Thank you for making my granddaughter so happy!

My daughter received a fridge frigo freeze cake as a late Xmas.gift. On opening it the cuddly toy did not shiver or work even with new batteries, I contacted moosetoys support via email and they sent a replacement very quickly which cheered up my 9 year old girl, excellent.customer service and communication, highly recommend
