Excellent customer service.
From order to delivery, this is my forth purchase of Mountfield products

I purchased the Mountfield EL30 mower. The quality is very poor, the wheels are held on just by a starlock washer and I now have two wheels that have come off. The quality is bad enough but the customer service is even worse. I contacted them on their online website to ask if they could supply the washers (you can buy them but a large quantity and mixed sizes). I received an email saying they would get back to me. They never did. My advice is buy a Flymo at least they don't have wheels.

We are delighted with our lawnmower.
The service and delivery were faultless and having now used the lawnmower, it lives up to its reputation.
Although it is heavier than our last mower it is far easier to handle and I am able to cut the grass with little physical effort.
Delighted and we would not hesitate to recommend this product. Thank you. 😊

Kept me updated on delivery status ,reasonable time scale for coming

I used to have an electric mover with a cable, switched to a battery one and finally made the jump to a petrol mower.
The build quality is excellent and when I had a small problem (I had picked up a stone and broken the bottom blade cover) they pointed me at a suitable repair shop.
My only slight issue is with the oil filler cap. It is tucked under the edge of the motor and difficult to reach. I would suggest other user buy an oil bottle with a tube to make it easier to fill.
Otherwise, excellent mower (SP185 with Stiga engine)

The clear website helped me identify the right product for me. Although it said it may take 7 days to be delivered it arrived the next day. Product is great easy to assemble, easy to start and super cutting. Happy mowing indeed!

Purchased by internet. It took a few weeks for the ride on to be delivered but when it was (by the local Mountfield dealer) it was great.

I bought the A1500 in August. Happy with the set up. My dealer John was excellent and spent time guiding me through the various features. I do however agree that the manuals are next to useless when trying to make changes yourself and the app is slow, unresponsive and not easy to use, or understand. My next issue is operating it on a mobile phone. I have a garden of 750 sq Mts with lots of bends and turns… editing the boundaries with the A-B line setup is nearly impossible. My verdict. Machine great, dealer great, back room techno boys… a big let down…

Poor service.

The mower I received was not the one I ordered. You don't even still make the mower i ordered on your website. I was told I would get my refund as soon as the mower was returned to the warehouse, you received it on August 6th it is now the 16th and I am still waiting for my refund. Even after speaking with someone on the 11th.

Fast email communication from Mountfield to confirm that delivery of my new Mountfield SP555V would be made by Mansfield Garden Machinery Centre, who called me within a few days to arrange delivery. In just over a week from my order, the mower was carefully delivered. Delivery included a thorough demonstration and explanation of the mower’s functions. Great service - and a quality product. Thank you.

Runs great easy to use. Delivery was great.

Everything seem good received my machine after it been to the white glove treatment had it running for the first two weeks but took time to start. Couldn’t figure out why so I took it back to where I had the machine from it is now in their hands being fixed, not happy person as I am down on my workload.

Mower appears to be quality, not easy to assemble, instructions and diagrams unclear. Had to use images on web to see what went where. Have tried to register warranty but system says I can’t.

Prompt service

mower failed to start after 8 uses, advised by Mountfield to drain the carb, then i could not get the nut back on, at the same time the pully failed. took it to approved dealer and after 4 weeks, in the workshop, i was told i had to pay for the repair as Mountfield declined to cover under warrenty.
i sent 2 emails about this and as of today (13.08.26) i have heard nothing.
i am waiting on the phone, so far 48 mins
their after sales is the worst i have ever come across. i want a refund
