My friend suggested I buy one he’s had one for five years without a blip still has the same batteries.
Delivery was quick really pleased with it best decision I’ve made.

Quick delivery in good packaging. Worked really well with the Mountfield Mower I have. This is my back up battery to speed up mowing

This is our second purchase of a Mountfield mower and have bought other garden products which have proved their quality

Fast delivery and had same machine for many years and cannot fault it

The mower stopped working during first time it was used. When I called to report this I was sent a YouTube video to show me how to repair it myself!

Mower trips the fuse box and won't start. Need to now take it to a dealer to fix

Purchased a lawnmower (Order UKMO-0032210) which developed a fault shortly after delivery.

When I requested a repair, the company insisted I pay to ship the item back to them or drop it off myself. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the responsibility and cost of collecting a faulty, heavy item rests entirely with the retailer.

After I formally refused to pay return fees, the company went completely silent and ignored all emails for over 8 days. Due to their total failure to respond or uphold their statutory obligations, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds which I was successful in.

Unacceptable customer service and complete disregard for UK consumer rights. Avoid.

Product is fantastic and delivery was very quick.

Mower was delivered promptly, was easy to assemble and started first time (after adding oil and fuel). The pulley guide wasn’t in the box so needed to contact Mountfield for the part. Their customer service was excellent and the missing part arrived within a couple of days.

My original mower order arrived very quickly but unfortunately there was an issue with securing the base handle to the mower assembly. Upon contacting Customer Services I was assisted by an extremely understanding, fair and thorough employee who helped diagnose the problem and suggest the best practical solution. The promised replacement mower arrived within 2 days and the faulty original collected as agreed. I'm pleased to report that the replacement mower is fine and that the Mountfield Customer Service was probably the best I have ever received.

Ordered a mower 2 weeks ago, got a strange call a week after ordering from a delivery driver saying he was no where near us. The mower was marked as delivered on the tracking so we called mount field. They assured my wife this was an error and they would send a new one out and it would be delivered in the next few days. It was not so I called 3 days later to find out what was happening, I was assured it would be sorted and I would receive a call back in the morning. Next day came and no callback, I called the following day again which is now 2 weeks after ordering I was told they weren't actually sending a new one out but actually were waiting for confirmation of a reimbursement from their delivery company before they would! They informed me they just had this confirmation and would now send out a new one, I quite rightly after being lied to twice and messed about for 2 weeks asked for either a full refund or some sort of compensation with the new mower for this. The guy who was on the phone sounded almost offended and very angry that I suggested such a thing, he proceeded to very abruptly say "do you want a refund or the mower" I said well if such a big company can't even offer a small compensation or apology for the lies and waste of time I'll just have a refund. He then proceeded to say well you'll have to wait until the original mower is returned to our depo. He said this after saying he had confirmation from their logistics company the parcel was missing. So as it stands I am over 2 weeks after purchasing a mower and now have neither the money or the mower and I have to wait for a missing parcel to be returned before I get a refund. I have never had such terrible customer service!!

I have never received the item and when asked for a full refund they refused as the parcel is lost in transit

Item was delivered promptly. We are waiting a house move so the parcel remains unopened in our garage. Happy to leave a further review once we have had a chance to try it out.

Very quick delivery. Great product. Easy to fit. Spot on.

Delivery took longer than expected but worth the wait as very pleased with my mower.

The site is very easy to navigate, making selection straightforward.
The delivery estimate of up to seven days is absolutely smashed, with my mower out for delivery in two days.
Assembly instructions could maybe be simpler for the grass collection “box” , but I got there in the end!
The battery compartment is far better located than the previous model
Not had chance to use the mower yet, due to the heatwave. But I’m sure it will perform as well as the old mountfield it replaces
