I ordered a Mycle Comfort step-through e-bike, but sadly when it arrived, I couldn't ride it. There was some fault that made the bike "wobble" when ridden.
However, I contacted Mycle and Laurence couldn't have been more helpful. He organised the collection of the faulty bike and the delivery of a new one. I have just taken it for a 20 mile ride and it was perfect - I love my new bike!

OK for communication by email. Could be a next day reply. No one answers the phone No. though. Good for the way they dealt with my query (loose spokes on rear drive wheel). I have suggested that they advise people in the instruction manual to have the spokes checked after a few months of usage, and then maybe on going. Other wise, great sturdy bike.

I chose Mycle because it's UK based and has good reviews.
The whole purchase process was easy and I was kept well informed at every stage.
I've been out three times so far on the bike, about 8 miles each time, and have found it a pleasure to ride.
With a wide choice of styles I would highly recommend anyone looking for an e-bike to consider the options available from Mycle.

Excellent customer service.

The folding bike is great, comfortable to ride and responsive with great rear rack. Well built and designed with fab colours.

Product is good. Not impressed with quality control as my bike arrived with 2 faults. Left hand handle bar grip had a stripped screw ( replacement was provided promptly) and handlebars weren't square when front wheel pointed straight forward. This I fixed myself as fortunately I had an Xcalite driver that fitted the locking collar at the base of the handle bar assembly.

Good communication from mycle about the delivery of my bike. They also game me information that was useful for the bikes arrival. Lovely bike rides well, looks good.

Good looking bike well made . Battery is a bit variable bars Go down then come back so it makes you unsure how much distance you have in the tank

I ordered keyring for my daughter as she has a mycle bike and she finds it useful for her mycle keys.

The bike is as advertised and functions well.it was easy to assemble nothing to it really.
I would like a more powerful motor. But in higher modes it takes to steep hills without too much effort on the part of the rider. Very good all round product

Don't waste your time trying to order on the cycle to work scheme. It's impossible. By the time what you want is in stock something else is out of stock and they won't accept an order until everything is in stock. Want a cargo bike with any of the accessories? No chance.

Great product, fast delivery, box a bit damaged though on the outside, didn't find an instruction manual so had to look online at other users uploaded videos. Happy with the bike though.

Really pleased with my new bike, would have preferred clearer instructions for assembly but had great customer service both via email and phone and am up and running now!
Currently using my cargo bike to transport a 2 and 5 year old the 2 miles to school and have even had a go at adding my 8 year old on the back too, though we all need to work on our balance when stopping and starting for that one!
