We have only just returned from our holiday in Gibraltar. We’ve used ‘My Gibraltar’ many times. Each time they have over exceeded. Coincidentally our argent has always been Shammika.
It’s normally for just my husband and I but this time if was a family holiday consisting of eight people, three of them children.
Everything was planned for us to what we had requested. From the minute we landed in Gibraltar to departing a week later, it run like clockwork.
Shammika has been smashing from the day we booked just over a year ago! We wouldn’t hesitate using ‘My Gibraltar’. We are now aware that we can book future adventures to other parts of the world with them too.
It's over priced but really over priced and they say it's vat free from what idiots .... the place is a joke full stop. Its defo not worth a trip . Give it back to the Spanish let them pay for the up keep of a peace of cr@#p it is

Amazing company. Booked 7 nights Dec flights and Sunborn hotel with lots of extras including 2 nights free, 10% off for early reservation, free transfers, free breakfast. And it was the cheapest price out there. Could not beat it on any other website. 100% recommended.
MyGibraltar offers a decent booking service for trips to Gibraltar. Flights, hotels, and transfers are arranged efficiently, and staff are generally helpful and responsive to queries. Prices are reasonable and competitive. However, while the experience is good, it’s not exceptional. It’s worth considering MyGibraltar for convenience if visiting Gibraltar.

Cannot fault MyGibraltar particularly Ali who has been extremely helpful in arranging the booking of our second visit to Gibraltar. He got us the hotel we wanted at the time we wanted. We had a couple of questions which were answered virtually immediately. A very friendly. polite and professional service.

I visit Gibraltar about 2-3 times a year and always book through MyGibraltar. The booking process is so easy and very competitive with their quotes. My flight for March 2024 had been cancelled by EasyJet and the team handled this with no problems and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend anyone booking with them.

Found MyGibraltar on Google when looking for accomodation. Booked for 3 nights at Rock Hotel at a price that was half of the other websites. Paid deposit and there was an issue when paying final amount as would not accept payment card (then charged twice) but resolved by bank asap. It was related to not using same card for deposit and final payments? We had an amazing stay and loved
Our stay at the Iconic Rock Hotel, beautiful hotel, cracking pool and views of Morrocco and the vista of the Straits of Gibraltar. Staff at MyGibraltar were very helpful and communication quick re the payment issue. Will book with them when we return in future and have already recommended them to family and friends as go to if looking for accomodation in Gibraltar. 5 stars from us!
Excellent booking service provided by Kabir. Had a really lovely time there staying at the Rock Hotel in Gibraltar.
My experience with MyGibraltar is first class, from the moment I contacted them to my wedding day everything was perfect, absolutely everything was booked through MyGiraltar, flights, hotels, transport, wedding cake, flowers, catering, for us MyGibraltar looked after 30 plus people with no hiccup and no mistakes, when phoning the office he staff were always present and even on one occasion we visited their office in person the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, I would certainly recommend MyGibraltar for all travel and holiday requirements.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I had to come on here to write this. Please avoid booking with this company because they absolutely do not care about their customers!
Without going into every detail, Ali, (who seems to be the only person working in customer service) was very rude, and about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Enquired about refunds if we cancelled due to covid and before I’d even finished my sentence he cut in and said ‘nope you’d get nothing back’. No chance to rebook for a later date or get some money back in credit, just ‘no’. I understand that the contracts are with the airlines and hotels but in most cases their own policies are actually very flexible.
We were also promised things that didn’t happen and were made to feel like a massive inconvenience for simply asking for a little bit of help amending some bits of our booking. When booking, it also wasn’t made clear that the hand luggage included with our flights was just a backpack/handbag not a carry on case - luckily I noticed but had to fork out another £40 the day before flying.
No doubt someone in management will write a snide reply to this, which just about proves my point really. Put your staff through some customer service training - there’s no excuse for the poor service we experienced! And to anyone reading this, do yourself a favour and book direct with your hotel and airline, not only will you save money but you’ll avoid having to deal with this company making your life more difficult than it needs to be.
Stay home rather than booking with those.
Our return flights have been cancelled a month before we had to travel,British Airways let them know but they have done nothing about it and we found out the hard way because we could not board the plane.
They did not want to hear about it and did not arrange return flights for us so we had to pay to return home.
They are not members of any trade body because they scam people on an every day basis.
We have initiated court action but they will flip the company and open another,as it is not their first time doing so.
