First class customer service

Great business to deal with. Pricing was competitive with no hidden costs. All pricing was up front and optional before committing. Telephone sales were excellent and very accommodating. Email updates from Christine were regular and helpful. I did have to wait longer that expected for delivery. That said, it may have been an availability issue. Regardless, I was kept "in the loop" with honest and accurate updates.. I would highly recommend the service and will no doubt purchase again in the future.

Outstanding customer service above and…

Outstanding customer service above and beyond. When we ordered the wrong size loo seat thinking it was just the wrong fittings Laurie went above and beyond until we got it right! We were kept in regular contact nothing was too much trouble. It makes a change to experience good old fashion customer service. ☺☺

Would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service

I ordered an item that turned out to be discontinued. MyTub staff helped work out what alternative product I could order, liaising with me and the manufacturer to check tech specs and make sure it would work out. After I ordered I realised I would be on holiday when the package was delivered and MyTub were able to delay the delivery for a couple of weeks so I could be available to receive it. All round excellent service. I'd highly recommend this company.
